At first I did not understand that our apartment was located above that of the owners who permanently live in the house. I found out after reading another review. I thought like that but does not mean that we are obliged to contact them should have. After all, you go on vacation to get away from all liabilities. My worries proved unfounded. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the older couple, who incidentally did not speak English or speak German. With their daughter and her husband on the other hand was fine and entertaining conversation. We were offered a home-brewed Croatian drink. The property is on the first floor, for the three of us ample. Do not expect luxury is all there, including air conditioning and refrigerator, but basic and functional. A number of points a conventional coffee maker and kettle are not present. One puts coffee and boiling water with the aid of a steel container. The shower takes some getting used as the shower head can not be ideally placed in the container. And the lime wall in one of the bedrooms gives off. The balcony is lovely to sit up late into the night. The villa is in a dead end, quiet street Put Vitrenika. Note this street w

We have with our children aged 4 and 7 years very much enjoyed our stay in apartment Kala. We had the upstairs and the owner couple in their 70 years, lived downstairs. They were very kind to our children who got a grandparents at. The first thing our children cried when they got out of bed we were going to Anna and they were gone. We have been there a few times for nothing can eat it. The only downside was that they speak almost no German and English and only Croatian. For the rest nothing but praise. The apartment has two bedrooms and a kitchen where we could sit and have cooked. The beds were not good. Sheets were too short and too traditional blankets not also loved about. The setting is beautiful with the park Paklenika 1 km away. The street is quiet and there are almost no cars "s. Our smallest of four was still too small to walk far the park we did find unfortunate. For sporty types is much to do here, trekking but also climbed to . a few hundred meters away is the beach promenade with a very good seafood restaurant where fresh fish is grilled. the pebble beaches long promenade are small but you can swim well.

Very good reception even though it was late in the evening, very friendly owners. We were always welcomed with open arms. Accommodation met our expectations. Enough space, no luxury but comfortable. Only the mattress of the single bed was disappointing, I felt the springs of the mattress press into my body. But otherwise everything was fine and tidy. Very nice area, close to a very nice beach where you can swim well. 1 km away from the Paklenica National Park, which is very beautiful.

We were very warmly welcomed by the daughter of the homeowners, which we experienced as very pleasant, as she speaks good English. After installing us we are introduced to the owners who are very hospitable. They only speak Croatian and sir a little German but with google translate you get very far. The nice thing about it is that you notice that they really appreciate it when you try to speak Croatian. The apartment was perfect, everything you need is available. Clean sheets, towels. Was even asked after a few days if we wanted clean things. Was not necessary since there is a functioning washing machine. A nice air conditioning and also a ceiling fan in both bedrooms. Nice bathrooms with a pleasant shower. And a wonderful balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sun and the view. The owners will regularly invite you for a schnapps (homemade rakija) and also for a delicious lunch. The town itself has a lot to offer, the people are very nice and you can walk along the boulevard and all it has to offer. We are very pleased with this accommodation and are happy to recommend it!
