This comfortable holiday home in San Miguel de Salinas, Costa Blanca is in a closed domain with a swimming pool for adults and another swimming pool for children (both of which are shared by the guests). There are two private terraces, one large with a terrace lounge, deckchairs and hammock to enjoy the sun. This place is ideal for a change of scenery and a relaxed holiday with family.
You can reach sea beaches within 15 minutes by car for fun and frolic. La Mata City Centre is 18 km away. If you like golf, there are many golf courses near the home where you can play. Lake beaches are 12 km away. You can plan day trips to Murcia, Alicante, Elche, Orihuela cities.
The home is located in a calm and present place. There is a large park in front of the house and a children’s playground. Relax in the very bright living and dining room with your family. Parking is available and air conditioning will keep you cool in the Spanish summers.

The cottage/home was nicely decorated. Pictured did not completely match the reality. Leather couch with plaid to protect instead of a normal couch with fabric. Bed was not good. Two mattresses that sagged in the middle. The TV had only prime video Spain.
It was clean. Shower was good. But all and all it was already 10 to 20 years old. Old tiles. We had some trouble with the key box as well (was the first time for us).
