Highly recommend this beautiful home! The large living space was perfect for our group, and the proximity to the beach was ideal, Also, the decor was lovely and made us feel right at home, Can't wait to return!

This place is a whole vibe, for real! The private pool is the highlight, perfect for chill days under the sun, Just a short walk to the beach, so yeah, low-key ideal for summer hangs, The kitchen’s super stocked, so cooking meals is easy, Definitely felt at home here, and the vibe check passed with flying colors!

Our stay at Belvilla by OYO Nautic Parc 9 was simply delightful! The house itself is spacious and beautifully renovated, offering a warm atmosphere that felt like home. We particularly enjoyed the private pool, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, which is just a short walk away. The nearby town of Sant Pere Pescador is charming, with lovely shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation easy. Overall, a fantastic place for families or groups looking for a memorable getaway!

Spacious and well-maintained, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms clean. The location is great for exploring nearby towns like Cadaques and Figueres, which we really enjoyed. Overall, it's a great place for families or groups looking for relaxation and fun.

A very practical choice for families! The house had everything we needed, from a dishwasher to a grill in the garden. The location was quiet, but close enough to the beach to get there easily. We will definitely return!

Clean, comfortable, and very spacious, the large bedrooms were a great feature, and having multiple bathrooms made it easy to get ready in the morning. The garden area was beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxation.

We had a fantastic stay at Belvilla by OYO Nautic Parc 9, The house felt like home, with a cozy living room and a kitchen that had everything we needed, The kids loved the pool and it was so close to the beach! The only downside was that the WiFi could have been a bit stronger, but it didn't ruin our fun, We will definitely come back again.

Our stay at Belvilla by OYO Nautic Parc 9 was absolutely fantastic! The spacious layout allowed our family to spread out comfortably, and the large private pool was a hit with the kids. Just a short walk to the beach, we couldn't have wished for a better location for our vacation.

A few sunbeds too few at the pool is the only downside.
Location near the kite beach is perfect for us.

Fine. Small tips: the lighting in the house was shrill, bright, very uncomfortable. I would have liked to read more clearly that there was a main road behind the garden, that was quite noisy.

There was no toilet paper or hand soap in the toilets. After a long journey, this is a problem which should not arise. It is absolutely basic. Sheets and towels and even tea towels had to be rented at great expense. In view of the cost of the house, this are completely unacceptable. On top of that, the tea towels were actually pillow cases. In the end we bought some.

With a composition of 10 adults and 4 children 2 weeks stayed in this villa.On arrival the house looked beautiful and the holiday could begin. After the first night it was noticeable that the air conditioning was not functioning optimally, in addition, the dryer was not working properly, there were no cushions at all seats and the swimming pool was cloudy. vacation would be a success. The air conditioning was viewed immediately, pillows were arranged, swimming pool was corrected and within a few days there was a new dryer. This is exactly what you expect from an intermediary and that these matters are picked up and processed. It was clearly stated that they would like to hear defects or comments now and not at the end of the holiday so that they could remedy this. We had two fantastic weeks without any other problems. Super!!
