I found the property very cozy and charming. It was a bit older, but had a lot of character. The location is quiet, which was a big plus for our family. We visited the nearby Malmedy Lift for some skiing and we had fun. All in all, a practical choice for a family vacation.

The house and facilities were generally fine but check-in was a bit disappointing. We had some questions in connection with our check-in and the listed caretaker was impossible to contact. Helpline proved a bit of a challenge but eventually helped us get into the house. Overall the stay delivered what we expected.

At its core, a very nice place to stay; however, it suffers from quite a bit of moisture and leakage, and the owner is unreachable. When we arrived, the barrier did not open, which meant we had to walk back and forth several times with all our belongings. If you have to walk 500 meters up and down hills six times, that's not really a warm welcome. The owner did not answer and also did not respond to the message; eventually, other guests were able to help us so that we could park for the rest of our stay at the cottage. However, there was a significant leak causing it to literally rain inside; we had to empty a bucket every hour, the owner did not answer again and did not call back. After a few times, we just gave up. Fortunately, it was dry one night and one evening. If the problems are resolved, we will definitely come back, but then something must improve; at the very least, the owner must respond.

Nice little house with a lot of comfort. We only miss a few curtains in the living room for the sun. Beautiful surroundings and plenty of nice outings in the area. We will definitely come back again!

First little house, only a leak in the living room that simply has not been resolved. Just no contact to get with the landlord, not even through Belvilla. Furthermore, it smells musty in the downstairs bedroom which also seems to indicate a moisture problem there. Otherwise, the house looks very tidy, is nicely spacious. So if Belvilla can resolve this with the landlord, it would be a recommendation.

bunk beds in the same room as one of the two double beds. A separate room would have been interesting. No toilets on the top floor. No spare toilet paper. The heating in the downstairs bathroom did not work. No instructions to change the language of the TV which is in Flemish. For the rest, it is correct.

This holiday home had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway, The kitchen was well-equipped, and we really appreciated the spacious living area, It was also nice to have a fireplace for those chilly evenings, We enjoyed hiking in the surrounding nature parks, making the most of our time outdoors

Overall, it was a good experience, The home was clean and had enough amenities for a comfortable stay, The nearby attractions, especially the Cascade du Bayehon, were beautiful, We didn't have any major complaints, just a few minor inconveniences with the Wi-Fi connection, Would still recommend!

The vacation home exceeded our expectations! The interior was cozy, and we loved the fireplace for the cool evenings. It was also close to several hiking trails, which we fully enjoyed. The host was friendly and made us feel welcome.
