The cottage is in a very nice place with lots of privacy The interior is generally fine but can be improved here and there However, the road to the cottage the last few hundred meters is a bit of a challenge and not every driver will be happy about this. The stairs in front of the house are handy, which takes you to the center in 5 minutes. For cycling enthusiasts , the nearby Vennbahn is a godsend if you find the mountaineering too difficult . A beautiful house in a beautiful location. From the house you can take beautiful walks in the hills or in the town. The living room is somewhat dated and on the small side. With 6 adults inside it is tight. The house is elevated and secluded, but it is only a five-minute walk and you will arrive in the center where delicious warm bakeries and an excellent caterer can be found. Fantastic location with full view of Malmedy. Nice private house with nice facilities (lovely jacuzzi), and yet it is only a few minutes downhill to be in the center of the village (this path is not suitable for less mobile people). There are beautiful walks in the area. We were here with a baby that went fine. In the baby carrier he went to the center, and dad carried the buggy. For crawling and running toddlers, the house is not advisable if you want them to play outside, because there is an open edge on the terrain where they might fall off. We are very friendly and welcoming by the owner. The house is fully equipped with, among other things, a lovely pellet stove, TV with Netflix, nice kitchen and outside a lovely Jacuzzi. During our stay the jacuzzi broke down, but the next day an emergency jacuzzi was brought. Top,!!. Only problem for us were the many signs. We had to remove 4-5 sign every day. Yesterday we (4 adults and 1 toddler) came back from a great stay at home Livremont. This was our 2nd time, first time was in 2005. There is now quite a renewed and modernized, only benefit! It is a special holiday home, located on a steep mountainside. From the house you have a beautiful view over Malmedy. Via a footpath walk down the slope and you are within 10 minutes in the center, where there is a choice of restaurants and shops are. There are beautiful hiking trails in the area. Overall a nice place to a week to verblijven.Zorg in winter for winter tires and snow chains. The forest road which leads to the cottage, is narrow and very steep. Our experience in Livremont was perfect. The weather was fine and we had a wonderful week. Lots of fun things for kids to do in the area. The house is very special and has everything you need. With a magnificent view! The manager was very nice and brings you to the house upon arrival. This is necessary because otherwise you will find very difficult. There is a path that you walk to the center of Malmedy brings and that's doable. Back asks some more of your condition, but even our children 2,5 and 5 have accomplished it without much trouble. We stayed one week in Livremont and have had a wonderful holiday. We had beautiful weather and could thus enjoy everything in and around the house. Great view and very friendly manager who gave us the first day all the way to the house inflicted. That was very nice because the road to the house is not very easy to find and sometimes difficult passable but if you 't once have found it is the next day no problem! The cottage is beautifully situated with a great panoramic view of Malmedy! Decor is nice and neat, beautiful fireplace is large, and the bathroom is working properly and is nice and relaxing. The owners were aware of this and have a pellet stove installed, and told that the cost did drop significantly. Highly recommended!

For us, great! We, 2 adults and 2 dogs were great, (outdoor), sauna, hot tube (inside) and steam bath bubbles, open fireplace, all you need is there! The veranda is also recommended, yet dry, if it rains on bad days! And if you just want to out-eat, Malmady much fun! R nThis made our stay more enjoyable and we had a wonderful week again. r n r nThe owner was still as friendly and the place as beautiful as ever, we have r settled N190 euros for cleaning (60 euros) a whole mountain wood because we love the fireplace, taxes and heating and we found quite reasonable. r n r nVerder the house was nice and clean and fresh, which is important because we had a baby of three months with us . r n r nLivremont it remains a place where you always want to come back to.

In April and yet beautiful weather! Many outside enjoyed the luxury of the house and the beautiful surroundings.

The house is very clean and good to stay with a beautiful view over the village but a 5 for quality / price because the costs at € 110, == are much too high. Malmedy center can be reached quickly. Ongoing The additional costs are crazy high afterwards. Outside € 60, = maid we had another € 110, == extra for electricity, water, firewood use, waste disposal and the dog. Elektra was crazy high while the sauna and jacuzzi (even unplugged from the outlet to stop heating water) are not used. If you let it know in advance you will not cross the fire and bring you the dirt to the afavlcontainer in the village. Water charges are not included in your confirmation, for electricity though.

A midweek enjoyed delicious! Little has been done in the area, because we went just for a relaxing holiday. Therefore a lot of use of the Jacuzzi and Sauna. Very nice to watch while everything will lie! Under a snow layer to sit in the jacuzzi and the village Unfortunately there was no more roof top hot tub, so bring something provisionally pieced together from an old party tent. Service is fine: the jacuzzi when we had not quite figured out the manager there within fifteen minutes to explain it!

This vacation was wonderful, despite our high expectations were due to the very positive reviews, the house has a beautiful view, relatively much privacy (except the Dutch walkers that the function of a fence does not understand). The house is well down, top very nice, new bathrooms, good beds. And the weather was prachtig.Top top top

What we enjoyed a lovely weekend Livremont.Eigenlijk everything in the comments already mentioned. The location is stunning, the owners are very helpful and yes the ride to the house is exciting. An absolute must! The living room is not that big, the terrace while overlooking the sauna and ENJOY hottube is in uppercase.

Lovely house with luxury and with a handsome television, have enormous genoten.Het view is beautiful and very private, yet close to the lively center of Malmedy.Ook go for walks in the woods near the huis.Lekker sat in the jacuzzi while regende.Ook optimal use of the sauna gemaakt.Een downside, we have a washing machine gemist.In the summer is not as "a problem but in the herft if you've been nice to walk in the woods and it is quite muddy than are you after a few days again clean clothing and after four days it will be zeuren.Maar that is a lot of holiday cottage so.

Had a lovely holiday, the weather was obviously it. The kids loved the way the car is not as nice (steep and narrow), but otherwise had no complaints from the kids. Through the path quickly in the center of Malmedy. The path back up was an attack on the legs. Our dog was fine roam freely.

As "a pretty location of a holiday we have not previously had. Boy, even though it rains steal, it continues to enjoy with that view. Also found our dogs the paths in the private forest very exciting. Everyone satisfied so and certainly for repeat susceptible!

What a wonderful beautiful house. Well nice that the friendly owner for you from driving to the house because it is well hidden on the mountain with beautiful views of Malmedy. After a brief, clear explanation of the house all weekend, we enjoyed what it had to offer. The Jacuzzi and sauna are used extensively. The bathroom was like brand new and beautiful, even in 1 of the bedrooms had been given a new sink and shower. Our two dogs have wonderful gescharreld around the house. Big plus is its own path down because you stand for 5 minutes in the center, back takes a little longer because then you up. It really is a house where you still want to go once.

A great house! Clean and fully equipped. BBQ to gourmet fondue plate or everything is available. The entire house is spotless. The reception is superb and very nice that they take you to the house otherwise you will not be so easy. Very friendly people and lots to do in the area. We have 2 young children (3 and 6 years) and who have been entertained along. A hiking trip or a visit to the Carnival Museum is a must. The privacy is super! Watch out for the additional costs. If you take the wrong turn on the heater will cost you a reasonable capital flow. Also, the wood, water and the garbage has to be paid. We were without somewhere to watch, 291 euros for all this. Still pretty tough. Worth repeating. In short, highly recommended!.

Reception was inorde! Owners lay everything out and offer help when needed. During really cold weather, the Jacuzzi and sauna not to use. They can not get warm. Very nice dt you have privacy but if you follow a walking toad 200m, you are in the shop shelves. You can easily eat something like, without having to go far. House itself was nice and cozy! I already once again.

The cottage is beautifully situated above Malmedy. the road to the house is narrow and style, but by the good weather was no problem. Owners are very nice, the man hardly speaks Dutch, but the owner speaks enough English. We had a great time in the beautiful house. Good use of the facilities such as Jacuzzi and sauna. Evening is the view of Malmedy with its beautiful lights. The deposit is almost entirely in to cleaning, electricity, wood and load. The cottage is an absolute must.

The week in Livremont was brilliant. The house is fully equipped and was very clean. This also applies to the jacuzzi and sauna. The owner has brought us to the house and a tour. The house is quite high and the last section is a forest. A must!

The house was fantastic! The key owner is very vriendelijk.Met weather is nice the house easily accessible, although I can imagine that I winter is.Het different view was just amazing! Especially on the terrace was fully relax and enjoy the sauna jacuzzi.In and the environment is much to do and also the path flight downstairs is convenient, within 5 minutes you are in the center.
