The vacation apartment was recently renovated. The furnishings left nothing to be desired. Everything was clean and in order, and tastefully decorated. The landlords live next door and are very friendly.

The location of the accommodation is simply wonderful, right in the forest and directly by the lake - a dream! / The accommodation is brand new, the furnishings provide everything needed for daily use. / With the rental car, it takes about 40 minutes from the airport to the accommodation, the route only goes over country roads and through forests - simply delightful. / Additionally, great excursion destinations are reachable within an hour from the accommodation - whether Stockholm, the archipelago islands, Uppsala, Norrtälje, or Rimbo. / The landlords are somewhat taciturn and offer no welcoming words or explanations about the accommodation and the surrounding area. Only through active conversation can you squeeze a few bits of information out of them :) / For 2 people, the accommodation was ideal; if you travel with four people and children, it might still work, but for 4 adults, I find the accommodation too small. / The accommodation is in the attic and gets quite warm at higher outside temperatures, which one should know. However, a fan is available for localized cooling. / Cleanliness was a small problem: the floor was not properly vacuumed, the window sills full of dead flies, the dishes not properly washed, and not to mention the glass table in the living area. Actually, it is the landlord's responsibility to ensure that the accommodation is clean when handed over to the new tenants, so there is an urgent need for action here. / Overall, however, four stars - recommended despite minor shortcomings. /

The holiday home RIMBO II was a charming retreat for our family weekend. The cozy atmosphere and well-equipped kitchen made us feel at home. We particularly appreciated the barbecue facilities, which were perfect for a family meal outdoors. The location is quiet, surrounded by nature, yet close enough to Stockholm Arlanda Airport for convenience. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and absorbed the peaceful surroundings. A lovely place worth visiting again!

Stockholm is 60 km away, but that was fine for us since we had a car. We were a little disappointed that no one was there to greet us upon our arrival. The keys were in a box, but the house was cold and there were no beds. For some unknown reason, the apartment owners had not been informed of our arrival. We knocked on the neighbor's house and quickly got beds, underfloor heating, and heaters. The hostess was a very nice woman, and we thank her for making our stay pleasant. Overall, we really liked it. The apartments had everything we needed. We spent four unforgettable days.
