Villa Beatrix is a modern and bright villa with a beautiful terrace and huge infinity pool. From here you have a great view over the green neighboring gardens with palm trees and Mediterranean plants to the mountains.
This view is even more spectacular at sunset when the sun shows its last vibrant colors while slowly disappearing behind the mountains.
On the terrace there is everything you need to sunbathe and relax, sun loungers, outdoor shower, a comfortable seating area and a dining table.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living and dining area with an open and fully equipped kitchen. Thanks to the integrated dishwasher, you can enjoy your holiday without the hassle of washing dishes.
From the bedroom on the ground floor you have direct access to the terrace and the pool. The bathroom is equipped with washing machine and dryer.
From the entrance area you reach the first floor where there are a total of 3 more bedrooms and two bathrooms: The master bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share the family bathroom with double sinks. One of the bedrooms has two separate single beds which can either stand alone or together.
All bedrooms have direct access to the wrap around balcony.
The villa offers a private parking space with motorized access gate.

With a view of the mountains, this villa is in an ideal location, very close to beautiful beaches. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance and the surrounding area offers many different leisure, sports and excursion options.
Within walking distance you can reach the public sports facilities with tennis and paddle courts, football and soccer field, basketball and children's playground.
There are many different supermarkets and the weekly market nearby.
Only a few minutes away by car you can reach the beautiful and kilometer-long sandy beach which is surrounded by pine forests.
The very traditional Spanish town of Guardamar where there is also a small port is only 10 minutes away.
La Marina (San Fulgencio) is the ideal starting point for bike tours and many different excursions such as to the salt lakes and the observation of free-living flamingos, for a boat trip to the island of Tabarca which offers fantastic snorkeling opportunities and much more.
And if you prefer to just relax and enjoy a meal, there are countless options nearby.

Great vacation!
We had a fantastic vacation in this beautiful house in Spain. The house is truly equipped with all conveniences. The spacious garden offers various seating options, nice loungers, and of course the delightful swimming pool of no less than 12 meters, perfect for cooling off on warm days. Each floor has air conditioning – super nice and especially indispensable at night. The kitchen is neat and fully equipped, and with no less than three bathrooms, there is enough space and comfort for everyone. The location of the house is ideal: within five minutes you are at various supermarkets, and within 20 to 30 minutes you reach cozy places and shopping centers such as La Zenia, Alicante, Elche, and Guardamar.
A small downside: while playing in the pool, a ball sometimes ends up in the neighbor's garden, and unfortunately, he does not return it. Furthermore, it is truly a wonderful vacation home where you can enjoy in complete peace. Absolutely recommended!

Great house for a wonderfully relaxing vacation
A great house with excellent amenities (absolutely matches the pictures). Air conditioning in all bedrooms as well as the living room. There are sufficient dishes and cooking utensils available. The communication with the landlord and the keyholding was smooth and friendly. In just about 10 minutes by car, you can reach the beach (free parking, great beach, clean, restaurant and beach bar available, shallow water entry especially great for smaller children), various supermarkets are also reachable within a good 5-minute drive.
To Alicante about 30km, Santa Pola (nice harbor promenade) about 16km.
Absolutely recommended for a relaxing family vacation.

Very beautiful house - great facilities - fantastic contact
We spent 14 days in the summer of 2024 in this beautiful house.
A very caring and nice contact - including a great guest folder with tips and excursions.
The house is very tastefully furnished and offers everything one needs. Good beds and comfortable pillows provide the best sleep comfort.
The beautiful terrace and the pool were particularly important to us and did not disappoint.
We felt completely comfortable and would come back again. Thank you for the perfect vacation.

From the inquiry to the check-out and beyond, it was a positive experience! Mrs. Meyer and the keyholder are very warm-hearted people and you lack nothing in their care!
We felt very comfortable. It is a very nice house in a quiet location where you have plenty of space to relax and it absolutely matches the photos!
A car is really advantageous for shopping, getting to the beach, and exploring the beautiful surroundings of La Marina. We will gladly come back and can only recommend it to everyone!

Great vacation in a great villa
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Beatrix. Dreamlike pool, everything very clean and well maintained! Perfect feel-good atmosphere for the whole family! There is a lot to do, but definitely need a car. The contact with the owner and on-site support was very pleasant and all questions were answered promptly! We can 100% recommend a holiday at Villa Beatrix!
