The photo on the website makes it seem like it is a detached house. In reality, the house is mirrored and is twice as large, containing a total of 4 homes. The backyard must be shared and has a very low partition. The washing machine and dryer are not in the house, but in a separate space that must be shared with the other 3 homes.
