This beautiful and detached villa for 4 persons is located in the heart of the Aquitaine coast in the residence Eden Parc Golf. It is only 3,5 km from the sand beach Lacanau-Océan and 12 km. from the city centre of Lacanau.
The ground floor villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a decorative fireplace and TV in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. It also disposes of two bedrooms, of which one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom or shower room and a separate toilet.
The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². You can also enjoy a lovely barbecue here. There is also a parking spot next to the villa.
In Eden Parc Golf, you can book various villas for four to eight people.
*It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €50 per week.

Villapark Eden Parc Golf is located in the extraordinary region Aquitaine, surrounded by forests and next to the golf course l'Ardilouse (18 holes). As a temporary resident of this villa park you'll get a discount. The reception of Villa Park Eden Parc Golf is one kilometre away, at the Atlantic Green park. At this reception you can use free wireless internet. Additionally, there are even more services on offer that will make your stay more enjoyable. There is a bread service and bicycle hire (both will be delivered to your villa) and you can also go here for the daily cleaning.
In the cozy Lacanau-Océan (4 km) you will spend a lot of hours on the Atlantic Ocean beach. To enjoy sunbathing, to swim and for the kids a day of building sandcastles is of course very nice. In the vast Forêt de Lacanau you can have beautiful hikes and cycling tours. Would you like to swim, but do not fancy the sea? The freshwater lakes Étang de Lacanau (7 km) and Étang de Carcans (18 km), offer plenty of opportunities for water sports. Of course, a day of swimming builds a hefty appetite. In Lacanau-Océan you can find several restaurants. For the older youth there's a fun disco here. You can try your luck at the casino.
At the lake of Carcans you will find the small village of the same name, where you can enjoy a lovely stroll. Saint-Laurent-Médoc (43km) is home to several beautiful monuments, such as churches and castles. This region is also known for its exquisite wines. Open a bottle of Medoc on the terrace in the evening. The well-known city of Bordeaux (59 km) is also nearby.

In the house reigns a luxurious atmosphere, giving you even more get the feeling of a holiday. The bed, however, was a little too hard for me, but my husband has slept like a baby on.

Excellent house on nice park in pleasant surroundings. Device (beds, blankets, couch) and meets just a few maintenance points are needed. Pretty booking discount made this good.

However, a moderate, shoddy and soulless interieur.En upon entering found that the house was not good schoongemaakt.Blijkbaar nobody comes from the accommodation house cleaning / checking, and they expect that the cleaning of the previous occupants was sufficient ... and that for that money. Finally, the reception was hard to find !!!! That must be apparent in the travel documents.

arrival was fine. We were quick and helpful to speak at the front desk. The area is quiet, forest and beach in close proximity. We complained about the house assigned to us after one day (No.6). Unfortunately, the girl behind the desk was able to pass our complaint on Monday morning at Estivel but did send a mail (with the pictures we made). Monday morning we were given the option to move to another house (No. 37) . That home was fine, so we did.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house. That was mainly due to the beautiful location and great pool. Within 10 minutes you're on the beautiful sandy beach of Lacanau, with high waves in the sea! The town of Lacanau itself is fun to visit, ijsslaons, restaurants and watch the sunset on the boulevard.Het house was beautiful but there was little present. No garbage, vaatwasblokje, wash brush and so on. Only what you need is present, which was a pity. The decor was very cheap, horrible plastic door handles, very small TV etc. But hey, this made our vacation no less enjoyable! The bulk of the day you sit outside by the pool, in the woods or on the strand.Wat our vacation or made less fun were the bad / extremely hard beds. In addition, had the loungers in the garden no pillows, hence it was not really nice. Overall, a nice house, but something is missing here and there. Especially because of the fine ambient we had a great holiday. I would go again !!!!

beautiful house in a quiet area, nice view on hole 6 of the very nice golf course, good pool. THE immediate area we did not spannend.De interior of the house was good, except the very poor beds and the lack of a proper shower in the bathroom, these disadvantages make the house less suitable for seniors like us, respectively. 74 and 68jr.

What does a man want more, from your sunny terrace with a large glass of rose in your hand the golfers on the course to see hard work !!! Is it getting too hot .......... Two steps and you plunge into your private zwembag. Very nice park in beautiful surroundings.

The cottage was all over in short supply. It has a lot of privacy, more than 12 acres of land. The pool was blissful. It was very quiet, you could hear any traffic. Once a week there was a party at the golf, but at 22:30 the music stopped very consistent. Truly a blissful holiday, also thanks to the temperature of 26 to 30 degrees every day for 14 days. Everything was perfectly arranged by Topic-Travel. Only flaw: no wifi in the house, each 1 km away.

Great vacation despite disappointing weather. Shame the pool was cold and could not be alleviated. The brochure was open from 1 May but said the spot was May 14th. Nice house with plenty of space and fine fence in tuin..wat was nice especially for the dog. Nice that there is a lot available such as dishwasher washer dryer oven iron containers. Nice base to explore the beautiful nature. A visit to Bordeaux is doable. Cap ferret with its colorful bunkers at sea is also recommended. had a great week.

For us, a familiar environment, we have been there before. The holiday was as we expected and already knew from previous holidays. According to us, it was even the exact same property (Eden Park has a considerable number of more-or-less the same properties) and 10 years ago we stayed in a week. It struck us (because we were here earlier), however, that this house is not new and is well used / has been. Do not expect super deluxe interior / exterior. Everything we needed was there, very (read in reasonable condition) and worked fine. Off season is in our opinion the value for money excellent. It's really a pretty complete accommodation (inter alia private pool / garden, laundry drying machines, dishwasher, garage).

Surroundings were beautiful. Reception is always something tougher to find. Equipment of the villa not WiFi, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, and very bad bed. Every morning ants in the living room. The weather was not really gorgeous, but probably this is normal on the Atlantic coast.

The accommodation was nice. The houses on this park that are being rented out are now in need of a freshening up. It is all just not broken (or just right), although the basis is great. Enough space and the layout is good. The furniture is somewhat tired, sometimes restored. The garden of our house was not well maintained. Partly because of this we had a lot of sand. The area is great, we are a fan of the area!

Setback seen the pictures and the costs. If you see what is required then there must be something done more for the final cleaning. Additionally, much of what I call deferred maintenance / cleaning as sagging tiles and broken tiles in the pool, dirty grouting in the bathroom, a lot of dust out of direct sight, etc.

The accommodation was somewhat against us. The cottage is beautiful on the outside but does regard the interior a sad and bleak on. Inside it is still some outdated and everything is white, which was in our experience little or no atmosphere. Kitchenware is available, but otherwise you have everything KOPN, tea towels, dish brush, etc. The cost for final cleaning is € 130, but you can do it yourself). We were there in early April, the pool is covered, also doing some unsociable to. Environment with respect to its nature not particularly, almost only conifers, intended in part for logging. The city of Bordeaux is located an hour away from the park and is a fanatastische city.
