This beautiful and detached villa for 8 persons is located in a green and natural environment in the residence Atlantic Green. It is 3,5 km from the centre of Lacanau-Océan and only 3,5 km from the (sand) beach.
The villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a fireplace in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher and appliances, a washing machine and dryer. The villa disposes of four bedrooms on the ground floor or three bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom on the open mezzanine floor, one bathroom and two shower rooms or two bathrooms and one shower room and two separate toilets.
The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². There is also a parking spot next to the villa.
In Atlantic Green, you can book various villas for four to eight people.
*It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €70 per week.

The holiday park is located on large grounds in a natural environment. Aside from the villas, the site also features a magnificent 18-hole golf course and a reception area where you can plan several outings. The homes are very luxurious and equipped with every comfort.
The area is very diverse, so in a radius of 4 km you can play tennis or golf, go grocery shopping and swimming. The charming Lacanau-Océan seaside resort is only 3 km away. Here you can go for a refreshing dip in the sea and relax on the beautiful, wide sandy beach. At 2 km you can find various water sports at the lake of Lacanau. There are numerous hiking and biking trails in the vicinity, if you follow these you will discover the beautiful nature in this area.
Looking for a little more culture? Just 60 km away is the beautiful city of Bordeaux. It's highly recommended. In addition to the beautiful wineries in this area, the city also offers magnificent constructions and lively terraces.

beautiful environment. Comfortable villa. A mezzanine bedroom practically unusable because open to noise and light. I did not know about it in advance.

The house is in very nice decorated. The garden is on a slope, but the kids were not a problem and have played the whole holiday.

Well received houses at the park differ from owner our accommodation was unfortunately poorly maintained balustrade partly detached from the wall. Villa layout is good. Inside the house kitchen drawer front loose, sliding door wardrobe did not open, it was made immediately. toilet ventilation system did not work, pillows dingy and very very thin. Mold in the bathroom, dust caked along the baseboards. 2 lamps in the bathroom blinked, someone came immediately and tapped it and worked again. Environment was good. We had a nice holiday, which was largely due to the company
