This beautiful and detached villa for 6 persons is located in a green and natural environment in the residence Atlantic Green. It is 3,5 km from the centre of Lacanau-Océan and only 3,5 km from the (sand) beach.
The villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a fireplace in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher and appliances, a washing machine and dryer. The villa disposes of three bedrooms on the ground floor or two bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom on the open mezzanine floor, one bathroom and one shower room or two bathrooms and one shower room and two separate toilets.
The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². There is also a parking spot next to the villa.
In Atlantic Green, you can book various villas for four to eight people.
*It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €60 per week.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday park is located on large grounds in a natural environment. Aside from the villas, the site also features a magnificent 18-hole golf course and a reception area where you can plan several outings. The homes are very luxurious and equipped with every comfort.
The area is very diverse, so in a radius of 4 km you can play tennis or golf, go grocery shopping and swimming. The charming Lacanau-Océan seaside resort is only 3 km away. Here you can go for a refreshing dip in the sea and relax on the beautiful, wide sandy beach. At 2 km you can find various water sports at the lake of Lacanau. There are numerous hiking and biking trails in the vicinity, if you follow these you will discover the beautiful nature in this area.
Looking for a little more culture? Just 60 km away is the beautiful city of Bordeaux. It's highly recommended. In addition to the beautiful wineries in this area, the city also offers magnificent constructions and lively terraces.

For a villa in high season between € 2000 and 2500 should cost, I'd feel pretty cheated me. Now however, you take it for granted, was despite the € 700-800.4 years ago with you in St Julien en born, which was top notch. A house with a personal touch and geselligheid.In leading up to and in Lacanau we missed ZWZ 100% only link with TT, except that the payment by you is gegaan.Wij exceeded villa aanVies as follows everywhere thaw spinning on floor and the ceiling (you will have paid € 170 cleaning fee) all doors were not hung crooked, rotten door frame, front dishwasher missed everywhere stains on the wall, heavily polluted dryer, loose rusty parts, vacuum cleaner that did not suck, hole the wall, heavily damaged umbrella standing, no wifi in zn expensive villa, kettle equal all stop it blowing out. Drive Doors to the terrace which were not locked before. Bedroom door that would not close and later was not to get more open pool which makes the whole day and night noise by sucking false air, outdoor grill that still did not work after wissselen etc etc.Niet something you expect for so much money to meet. When we arrived we were a bit tense because we got what we paid for? When we entered the path mushrooming we were immediately enthusiastic and were very pleased that the villa looked like it was described and shown in the photo 's. We really enjoyed the house, pool, nature (fresh pine air.) The house was really well equipped. We found that ideal. The supermarket, sea and Lac de Lacanau were around the corner. What nature, what a fine climate. There was plenty to see in the area. We found that a week is too short was to visit and enjoy all at once. A tip is therefore min. Book 2 weeks. We have enjoyed with our family. It is a place to relax and to do everything in your own pace. No hurry .. We are so pleased that we are definitely going back in the future to Lacanau-ocean. It has won a place in our hearts.

Tophuis and premium environment. Park 40 villas' s all with private pool. Fantastic cycling routes, nicely landscaped and a total of about 120 Km. Beautiful beaches, golf courses and nice places. Here we had a truly fantastic vacation. Highly recommended.

beautiful house, lovely pool and nice and quiet. Plenty of room. We do not set very high standards, it may be disappointing for others, as it is quite dated. All amenities are available, even an ijzerplank.Ligt is remote. You can do your shopping by car in 10 minutes. Unfortunately no wifi. bus stop is nearby. For example, you can go and back to Bordeaux for just under five euros

It is a beautiful large area with both sea and a large lake. We were received well and friendly and people took the time to go through everything properly. Too bad that the reception was not at the park itself, but 3 km further in the village. They are beautiful large houses with swimming pool with privacy. Own driveway with carport for the car. Upon entering the house you immediately notice that these houses are outdated and not properly cleaned. Mattresses are outdated and dirty. Outside of this it is a nice quiet place to spend your holidays.

We were told that the villa we were renting was probably at the beginning of the park (between the pretty busy Route de Baganais and the road through the park.) The conscious house, however, was the office (indeed quite a lot of traffic). We got a house in the middle of the park in a valley between 2 dunes and it was really very quiet. The surroundings were very beautiful and the view of a pine forest and a dune behind was beautiful. The house was large and spacious, but the decor fell against (Ikea-like and very moderate beds). The housekeeping provided was very sober, just the most necessary things. Well fabrics and can, mop, vacuum cleaner, but no cleaning products. The washbasins of a section went very badly. It was nice to have an office, open a few hours a day, where you could ask questions and complaints. Why should the cleaning cost 150 euros? At French gites you pay much less, such as 40 to 50 euros. Garden and swimming pool were well maintained.

What can I say about this holiday? A beautiful house with all the trimmings, proper orientation and implantation, well ... And what a country! So much to do and see, perfect weather (warm and sunny but not overly hot), and a blissful sea. We really did not here from all away! Still, I was glad we were able to book in last minute because - how nice it was - full price to me yet what too much for one family (but you can rest assured with two families!).

Lacanau is beautifully situated on several beaches. Bordeaux is also doable to visit. It was unfortunate that our swimming pool (early May) could still be used, while the weather was particularly good.

Great location with lots of things to do in the area. Close to beautiful lake and the sea. Great service at the park. The house is okay, no more. It is equipped with all the necessary equipment, good beds and a nice swimming pool, but the finishing touch is completely lacking. It is very tender / baldly decorated. For 8 people, for example, only 4 hard plastic sunbeds by the pool without pillows. Also the dining table outside is of ugly white plastic and plastic chairs without pillows. Due to this, the price-quality ratio is not okay. We have seen that as a regular customer much better at Topic Travel.

Beautiful environment. Villa's are very quiet, and the reception is on the move. We have already booked the villas several times. Now it was 7 years ago and we found the villa to be small renovation. Refresh bathrooms and some paintwork here and there and definitely need new seats. Then it's back top like before.
