The house offers 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, a well-equipped kitchen, two sunny terraces, and an inviting garden, which is ideal for relaxing with a cup of coffee or tea. Entertainment is provided by a cozy games room with a seating area and table soccer – boredom is guaranteed not to set in here. Bed linen is provided, but guests must bring their own towels.
The Hochzeiger Bergbahnen Pitztal ski area is only a 20-minute drive away – ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. In summer, the nearby Pillersee beckons with refreshing bathing fun. Numerous mountain peaks such as the Wildspitze, are also within easy reach and invite you to enjoy hiking and nature experiences.
The property features central heating and parking spaces are available directly at the house. Innsbruck Airport is only 68 km away and is easily accessible.

Kitchen: way too small fridge!! It's a pity that the kitchen was completely separated from the dining room. For the rest, sufficient comfort. There should be air conditioning on the second floor.....

Nice house, fantastic environment. A few minor downsides: duvets too short, fridge too small for the amount of people.

our accommodation was not what we expected, hygiene: the floor in the kitchen was sticky, the edges of the doors were dirty and sticky. can not be used. frigo and freezer much the small for a house for 12 people, especially because in Piller no shop is dining area was ok seat far too small, with barely 5 seats. For heating we had to pay five euros per day, this was not agreed We also have our questions about the fire safety of this house: only one door, a very outdated fuse box. hospitality: no one was present on arrival, yet we were there within the specified time: 5 pm. After a phone call from us, they came to have a look. they didn't give any explanation without us explicitly asking. they hardly knew english, only duits.Ook when we left they were only interested in whether we had properly sorted the waste and whether we had made anything. that we have paid expected better accommodation. we feel really cheated. we have often rented a holiday home at ardennes stage and that was always in order. This was really a setback.
