The spacious apartment in a sunny location offers every holiday comfort. Air conditioning for the hot days or the heated pool in winter, here everyone will find their perfect holiday time. The large panoramic terrace with dining area, outdoor kitchen and professional BBQ and the entire garden with the pool area offers a magnificent, unobstructed far-reaching view over the valley into the olive groves and on the medieval fortified villages.

In the kitchen with direct access to the terrace you will find a modern fitted kitchen with all technical comforts and a dining area. In front of the large French doors is directly another seating area for the cozy breakfast with panoramic views. Separately you have a large bedroom with double bed 160x200 and a modern bathroom with ground level shower en suite And another bedroom to the rear with two single beds ( on request as a double bed) and a second bathroom with ground level shower. All beds are fitted with selected mattresses that will ensure a restful night's sleep. The large living area has a couch that can sleep two people.

A highlight is the spacious private pool in the beautifully landscaped garden. Here you can relax all day long. The pool is open all year round and is individually heated in the cooler season if required. On the upper floor of the villa with separate entrance at the back of the house live the owners themselves, a small family who are very keen to see their guests happy and satisfied at Serra felice.

The well-equipped holiday home with a fantastic panoramic pool has a fantastic view over the entire valley to the sea. The well-known village of Dolcedo with its intact infrastructure can be reached in 3 km. Here are not only pizzerias and grocery stores, but also a bank with ATM and a pharmacy, a delicious bakery and various specialty shops. The nearest sandy beaches and the small town of Imperia are 4 km away.
