The exceptional apartment Alba Chiara - La Torre is on the top floor of a 16th century fortified tower. For centuries, the Saracens were watched from here. The fantastic 30 m² roof terrace with a panoramic sea view takes your breath away. The beach is only a few meters away, but also bars, restaurants and even the supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. Here you are in the middle of Italian life!

The apartment offers generous space for a maximum of 3 guests under the high vaulted ceiling. The meter-thick walls tell of the turbulent history of pirate raids on Liguria and create an impressive living atmosphere. A double bed 160x200 and a small sofa bed (90x200) offer comfortable space for a maximum of three guests. The small kitchenette and the modern bathroom with shower complete the living comfort. The absolute highlight is the 30 m² roof terrace. Enjoy the magnificent 180 degree panorama of the Mediterranean Sea. On clear days you can see as far as Corsica. The spectacular sunsets are all yours here. The sun loungers are not visible, textile-free sunbathing is no problem.

The beach is right in front of the door, even dogs are allowed on a part of this beach section. Rent a sun lounger in the front row or just walk from your roof terrace just to swim and back up to paradise.

The centre of Porto Maurizio with its market hall, pedestrian precinct and the old town can be reached in 15 minutes on foot along the promenade. There are many excursions in this wonderful region. Genoa and Nice are only an hour's drive away, but Monte Carlo or the romantic hinterland with its olive groves and many other attractions are also tempting.
