The holiday home is situated behind the house of Duinweg 49, house Golfsang
The Duinweg borders the dunes and therefore it is only a 150 meter walk to the beach (the south beach) of Zoutelande. But also the centre with its cosy shops, restaurants and terraces is at short walking distance.
Zoutelande is known as the Zeeland Riviera because it has the most sun hours of the Netherlands.

Great house in a perfect location
We had two wonderful weeks in the very well equipped holiday home, which is wonderfully close to the beach. The landlady welcomed us very nicely and communication was great. We will be very happy to come back!

That's why I have lived in Zoutelande all my life, with a lot of pleasure. Also family still lives here. Since April 2015 I rent out the holiday home Duinweg 49b and when I got the chance to buy the adjacent holiday home Duinweg 49a in December 2020 I didn't have to hesitate for long.
