Description
The flat is still available from 5 May - 12 May. Rent incl. final cleaning € 595,00. Additional: visitor's tax € 2,05 per person/per night and deposit € 150,00.
This cosy holiday home is well suited for 4 persons (and for a maximum of 6 persons). On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and a bedroom. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms.
The garden faces south. The garden is not fenced, but is some distance from the road and therefore quiet. There is a small shed where you can store your bicycles. Of course, there is also garden furniture and a parasol.
The house has a private parking space for one car. Due to the location of the house, you have to reverse into the parking space.
The (south) beach is about 150 metres away on foot and the cosy centre of Zoutelande is 350 metres away.
The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave and dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
There are 3 bedrooms:
1x ground floor - double bed with single mattresses (80x200) new 2023
2x upstairs: double bed with single mattresses (80x200) new 2023, washbasin
2x single box spring (80x200)
Rental only per week, the change day is Friday.

The holiday home is situated behind the house of Duinweg 49, house Golfsang
The Duinweg borders the dunes and therefore it is only a 150 meter walk to the beach (the south beach) of Zoutelande. But also the centre with its cosy shops, restaurants and terraces is at short walking distance.
Zoutelande is known as the Zeeland Riviera because it has the most sun hours of the Netherlands.

Great house in a perfect location
We had two wonderful weeks in the very well equipped holiday home, which is wonderfully close to the beach. The landlady welcomed us very nicely and communication was great. We will be very happy to come back!
