Description

From a careful renovation of an ancient stone farmhouse on an active farm, the farmhouse Casa Greppo was created, with four cozy apartments, "Il Noce", "Il Mandorlo", "L'Ulivo", and "Il Melograno", for a total of 22 beds.
The apartments have very comfortable environments and are equipped with independent heating with a methane boiler, air conditioning, an equipped and functional kitchen, services of dishes, glasses, and various pots, etc. In summary, they are furnished with great care and attention so that our guests can stay there pleasantly. The apartments, although close, are absolutely independent and autonomous and can be rented together or separately, making them ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to spend their holidays together while maintaining their own privacy. Finally, a magnificent, large, and scenic swimming pool and a SPA will make the stay even more enjoyable. Here are the main features of the four apartments:
apt. 1 "Il Noce", 60 sqm. on two levels, two bedrooms, max 4 beds, one bathroom.
apt. 2 "Il Mandorlo", 145 sqm. on two levels, three bedrooms, max 8 beds, two bathrooms. Equipped for the handicapped.
apt. 3 "L'Ulivo", 110 sqm. on two levels, two bedrooms, max 6 beds, two bathrooms.
apt. 4 "Il Melograno", 105 sqm. one level, two bedrooms, max 6 beds, two bathrooms. The exteriors facing each apartment, for exclusive use, are equipped with a shade canopy or patio and furnished with tables and chairs plus deck chairs, barbecue.
Also available for the little ones are two cots for children up to three years old, two high chairs and more, bicycles and games.

Suitability: the apt2 has a bedroom and a bathroom on ground floor, it’s suitable for disabled.
Outside: garden, 600 sq. m/6,500 sq. ft. of lawns, kitchen garden, private covered space with table, chairs and deck-chairs, 20 hectares/50 acres of land among olive trees, fruit trees, woods and coltures of wheat, corn and sunflowers;
private swimming-pool 14 x 6 meters surrounded by lawns; it will be opened from June to September; available just out of the door, a short path (400 metres) and a long path (1500 meters) that goes across the fields all around the house, for walks, training, MTB, and so on;
for yours babies, available two baby cribs, baby chair, baby backpack and toys, without extra price;
available added beds;
large parking;
The nearest town is San Venanzo, at approx. kms, where small grocer's shops, a chemist's, bars, newsagents' and others facilities can be found.

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
