The location is great! The room with the view from the gigantic balcony over the Baltic Sea is top-notch! The price shouldn't be exaggerated in the coming years, otherwise the visitors will stay away! Because the prices around have increased drastically! Soon, one won't overlook the rainy days anymore and would rather fly to the south of Europe!
