An open staircase leads to the spacious upper floor, which covers an area of 56 sqm. On the east side is the sleeping accommodation with a large double bed and on the west side the living area with comfortable sofa. To the south there are views over undeveloped countryside and mountain views.
The renovation of the studio house was carried out in 2020 according to building biology criteria. The floors are real wood parquet and traditional cotto. The house's own solar system and underfloor heating provide cosy warmth.

The holiday home is located in the heart of the Chiemgau on the Hochberg, from where you can overlook the entire mountain panorama from Salzburg to Irschenberg. Hiking and cycling trails invite you to explore the surrounding nature and nearby mountains and to discover bathing lakes such as Chiemsee, Waginger See, or Weitsee.
Shopping facilities are available in Traunstein (3 km), cultural highlights can be found in Salzburg (30 km), the spa town of Bad Reichenhall and Reit im Winkl are approx. 25 km away.
