This delightful holiday flat is located in a residential complex within walking distance of Hansapark and about 200m from the beach. It has a south-west facing balcony and is flooded with light. The flat has a double bed and a double sofa bed in the one-bedroom apartment. It is ideal for two, but the sofa bed also makes it possible for three or four. The flat has a combined bedroom, living room and dining room with an integrated kitchen. The car is parked directly in front of the house, there are no parking problems and the bicycles can be safely parked outside. In the afternoon, you can enjoy a well-deserved drink on the sunny balcony.

Cancellation terms:
As I personally travel and book flights and accommodations, my personal recommendation for every traveler is to take out travel cancellation insurance to be prepared for this eventuality and not to be left with the costs in case your vacation is unfortunately prevented. Attached are my cancellation terms: If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period, the following proportional rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved. If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date the statement is received by the landlord is decisive. Cancellation - up to 90 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price - up to 60 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price - up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 70% of the rental price - up to 7 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price - 6 days before and after the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
additional information:
Fresh bread rolls in the morning are available at the bakery. There are various grocery chains within a radius of about 2 km, 7 days a week. Many restaurants, also in nearby Neustadt, invite you to eat out and feast. During the day, you can enjoy a cappuccino or tea with a delicious piece of cake or pie in the café on the beach, home-made of course. On the beautiful newly designed lakeside promenade, you can stroll towards Scharbeutz, play mini-golf or visit the Sealife at Timmendorfer Strand with the children. Here you can really enjoy your holiday and let your soul dangle. Or just relax, lie on the beach and enjoy your holiday, perhaps with a nice book? Or would you prefer water skiing? Surfing? and so on.

A cozy room with plenty of space.
Everything needed for daily use is available.
We were two people and felt comfortable.
It was clean and there was enough storage space.
The balcony is quite large.
The dog beach is not far away, and the dogs have plenty of fun.
One point is that it is very rocky if you want to go swimming with the dog.
You should wear swimming shoes unless you are not sensitive on your feet.
We will definitely come back.

Sweet, small apartment with charm
The apartment was very nice and clean. It is perfect for a small group of 3-4 people or a couple. The holiday apartment is located in a quiet area and close to the beach. All in all, recommended.
