Description
All rooms are on 45 sqm, the terrace is 18 sqm.
Kitchen: fridge-freezer, oven and 4 hotplates, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker fully equipped for 4 people.
Living room: fireplace, corner couch, satellite TV, radio
2 bedrooms: each with 2 sleeping places, furnished, one room Sat TV
There is a washing machine in the house connection room.
A double carport is also available. Attention vehicle height max.1,85m.
We have also thought of many things for our little guests, a baby cot can be provided on request.
Shopping facilities: approx. 4 km by car,
Restaurant: 2 available within 10 min. walking distance, one of them in the middle of the Auenwald forest

The holiday home for 4 people is located in a mature location in the immediate vicinity of the historic unfinished Elster - Saale - Canal
The Leipziger Auenwald is only a few minutes' walk away. The next small village, Dölzig, is on the opposite side of the canal. The small cosy house has 2 bedrooms with 2 sleeping possibilities each, a bathroom with shower, in the living room there is a fireplace and the modern kitchen with sitting area contains everything for your holiday. The large covered terrace offers enough space. The 570 sqm property with its garden invites you to linger.
The historic city centre of Leipzig can be reached comfortably in 45 minutes by bicycle along the river Luppe. Trips on the canal with your own rubber dinghy are also possible. This is a relaxing holiday at the gates of Leipzig, which invites you with its extraordinary zoo, the newly designed lake district, Belantis amusement park or with the historic city centre.

With bicycles, if required on request, numerous excursions to the nearby Auenwald forest with its historic restaurant "Domholzschänke" can be reached quickly, along the canal towards the east you can reach the city centre of Leipzig in 12 km.
The nearby river "Luppe" also invites you to go for a ride with its navigable dam crests, along which you can reach Leipzig Zoo directly in 11 km.
The newly designed barbecue area with its Fireplate special grill (grilling with wood and briquettes on a stainless steel plate), invites you to a cosy evening.

It was nice
Hello Mrs. Schwarze
Back home, we would like to thank you once again from the bottom of our hearts.
We had a very nice time, nothing was missing.
We took beautiful trips, we especially enjoyed the Technology Museum Dessau Rosslau. From there, you could fly to the moon with Apollo 11 using a VR headset. That was great.
So once again, a big thank you, also for the lavender sachets, I love lavender =)

Everything is wonderful ☺️
We felt very comfortable. The house is clean, cozy, and lovingly furnished. We started our day with breakfast on the beautifully large terrace. The communication with Mrs. Schwarze was also very good. We would love to come back. Thank you very much!

Great holiday house
