We visited this villa for the third time since 2019, the villa is really one of our favorites. It is a wonderful villa, partly due to its beautiful and unobstructed location on the water with a view of nature. The house is equipped with many amenities, and the wellness is enjoyable. In combination with the beautiful weather, we had a great holiday in that regard.



However, some things have changed since the first time we stayed here. The villa has changed owners and therefore has a completely new interior that is absolutely beautiful and even more atmospheric than before. Beds are comfortable. The decorative fireplace is a nice addition (just didn't work).



But there are some comments regarding maintenance and cleaning.

The general maintenance leaves much to be desired, especially the lighting in and around the villa is not in order. The outdoor lighting around the house and on the terrace were defective, allegedly caused by a short circuit, but nothing was done about it, because that was up to the owner to solve. Not pleasant if you wanted to sit outside in the evening or had to go back inside from the spa in the dark. When we announced that the outside lighting was not working, this turned out to have been known for a long time, but apparently they did not think it was necessary to inform the guests of this. just to be informed.

The (hallogen) lighting in the home has been replaced by LED lighting on existing fixtures and dimmers everywhere. That doesn't work at all, all the lights flash, several lights don't work at all, everything has a different color and in the kitchen the light above the worktops is really not sufficient for nice cooking. There were no bedside lamps in one of the bedrooms (later it turned out that there were no lamps in the storage room). In short, it is chaos in lighting.



The lounge set on the terrace really needs to be replaced, it is completely collapsed and absolutely not comfortable to sit on. Not to mention the fact that it apparently always comes back and forth

Beautifully situated villa (no 336) Contrary to previous reviews, the jaccuzi and sauna was top notch and already in operation when we arrived. The cleaning of the house was okay! Good beds, duvet linen, towels and tea towels! Also sufficient crockery and the welcome packages were very nice. What we did not receive when booking was the code for the outside gate and the WiFi code we did not find. The hob must be cleaned otherwise the pans will not receive sufficient heat. The drawer under the TV has no stopper (anymore) and the fireplace does not respond to the remote control. The shower rod in the bedroom (above end of the hallway) is attached with a teiwrap and therefore difficult to use. This bedroom also has a bedside lamp, but there is no socket in the vicinity. As a tip, some more hooks for towels and clothes hangers in the various bedrooms.

Fantastic home! In the kitchen an update is needed as far as glasses and plates are concerned. A fly screen in the living room would be welcome, near water and the heat gave us many mosquitoes ... We still enjoyed our stay in Zeewolde !!

It was a very nice house, good sitting area, nice kitchen where everything worked. Nice large dining table where you can sit with everyone. Bedrooms are fine, although I would not spend the night with 10 people because two have to sleep on the sofa bed, which is not really comfortable. Bedrooms were clean and the bathrooms too. The outdoor happening was really fantastic, enjoyed the sauna, whirlpool and nice barbecue. When it was too hot we took a dip in the water, really lovely. It was a pity that the whirlpool no longer had refilled water every morning, so a technician came every day to fill the whirlpool and make it ready for use. In the afternoon we really enjoyed it after it was made again.

Arrival was fine, friendly and helpful at the reception, went smoothly. The environment is beautiful. Bordering a nature reserve, perfect and very nice for walking / cycling. Plenty of water nearby and ideal for children. Many playgrounds and amusement parks nearby. Hans & Gretel is a must!

1- The sliding doors of the bathrooms with toilet unit were not properly sealed, allowing a view INSIDE the bathroom. 2- We had rented a villa with a sauna, but the sauna turned out to be faulty. Immediately rang the bell and came to have a look. Unfortunately, to no avail. After the accommodation asked for compensation, but unfortunately Belvilla indicated that we did not make the report in an official manner. (Faint!) 3- The jacuzzi seems to have turned red. Unfortunately we were blamed for this, because we apparently drank red wine in the jacuzzi. (Bland! we didn't eat anything in the jacuzzi!) 4- Internet in the house was disastrous. We all went on our own 4G!

The house itself is optically luxurious, but built rather cheaply in the details. The living room with kitchen makes a great impression. The beds have rather disappointed. In addition, it was not really apparent at the beginning that 2 of 10 people had to sleep on a couch. The jacuzzi and sauna worked and the location is very good. Unfortunately, from 10:00 p.m. you are asked not to use the pool and sauna anymore, since the whole area is very open and narrow. Unfortunately, the grill had no gas on arrival and there was none to get because the shops were closed. Overall it was a very nice stay and we can recommend the house especially for 8 people. The garden is rather too small for large families and there are no play facilities. Value for money is good overall.

Had a very nice holiday. The house is very nicely furnished and offers a lot of comfort. However, there are a few small defects to complain about, such as various lamps not working and the handrail on the stairs was loose We were assured that these would be fixed. The cottage was as in the photos. Exactly as we expected. You have 2 bedrooms on the top floor and they are luxurious compared to 1 bedroom on the ground floor. The house was beautifully spacious and luxuriously finished. Nicely landscaped garden. The area quiet. In Harderwijk we have entertained us with a city walk and nice restaurants. We hadn't had rainy weather in the garden. It was nicely clean except the flies and mosquitoes in windowsill and on the walls were forgotten. Had a wonderful holiday and we are happy to come back

It was a very nice house, good sitting area, nice kitchen where everything worked. Nice large dining table where you can sit with everyone. Bedrooms are fine, although I would not spend the night with 10 people because two have to sleep on the sofa bed, which is not really comfortable. Bedrooms were clean and the bathrooms too. The outdoor happening was really fantastic, enjoyed the sauna, whirlpool and nice barbecue. When it was too hot we took a dip in the water, really lovely. It was a pity that the whirlpool no longer had refilled water every morning, so a technician came every day to fill the whirlpool and make it ready for use. In the afternoon we really enjoyed it after it was made again.

We visited this villa for the third time since 2019, the villa is really one of our favorites. It is a wonderful villa, partly due to its beautiful and unobstructed location on the water with a view of nature. The house is equipped with many amenities, and the wellness is enjoyable. In combination with the beautiful weather, we had a great holiday in that regard.



However, some things have changed since the first time we stayed here. The villa has changed owners and therefore has a completely new interior that is absolutely beautiful and even more atmospheric than before. Beds are comfortable. The decorative fireplace is a nice addition (just didn't work).



But there are some comments regarding maintenance and cleaning.

The general maintenance leaves much to be desired, especially the lighting in and around the villa is not in order. The outdoor lighting around the house and on the terrace were defective, allegedly caused by a short circuit, but nothing was done about it, because that was up to the owner to solve. Not pleasant if you wanted to sit outside in the evening or had to go back inside from the spa in the dark. When we announced that the outside lighting was not working, this turned out to have been known for a long time, but apparently they did not think it was necessary to inform the guests of this. just to be informed.

The (hallogen) lighting in the home has been replaced by LED lighting on existing fixtures and dimmers everywhere. That doesn't work at all, all the lights flash, several lights don't work at all, everything has a different color and in the kitchen the light above the worktops is really not sufficient for nice cooking. There were no bedside lamps in one of the bedrooms (later it turned out that there were no lamps in the storage room). In short, it is chaos in lighting.



The lounge set on the terrace really needs to be replaced, it is completely collapsed and absolutely not comfortable to sit on. Not to mention the fact that it apparently always comes back and forth

But there are only real beds for 8 people. Beds 9 and 10 are a fold-out sofa. This is not at all obvious in advance. A house for 10 people must have at least one, preferably two, ovens. The house has a microwave-oven combination. You can bake 3 rolls at the same time. Completely unsuitable for the group size. Beautifully situated villa (no 336) Contrary to previous reviews, the jaccuzi and sauna was top notch and already in operation when we arrived. The cleaning of the house was okay! Good beds, duvet linen, towels and tea towels! Also sufficient crockery and the welcome packages were very nice. What we did not receive when booking was the code for the outside gate and the WiFi code we did not find. The hob must be cleaned otherwise the pans will not receive sufficient heat. The drawer under the TV has no stopper (anymore) and the fireplace does not respond to the remote control. The shower rod in the bedroom (above end of the hallway) is attached with a teiwrap and therefore difficult to use. This bedroom also has a bedside lamp, but there is no socket in the vicinity. As a tip, some more hooks for towels and clothes hangers in the various bedrooms.

Beautifully situated villa (no 336) Contrary to previous reviews, the jaccuzi and sauna was top notch and already in operation when we arrived. The cleaning of the house was okay! Good beds, duvet linen, towels and tea towels! Also sufficient crockery and the welcome packages were very nice. What we did not receive when booking was the code for the outside gate and the WiFi code we did not find. The hob must be cleaned otherwise the pans will not receive sufficient heat. The drawer under the TV has no stopper (anymore) and the fireplace does not respond to the remote control. The shower rod in the bedroom (above end of the hallway) is attached with a teiwrap and therefore difficult to use. This bedroom also has a bedside lamp, but there is no socket in the vicinity. As a tip, some more hooks for towels and clothes hangers in the various bedrooms.

It was a very nice house, good sitting area, nice kitchen where everything worked. Nice large dining table where you can sit with everyone. Bedrooms are fine, although I would not spend the night with 10 people because two have to sleep on the sofa bed, which is not really comfortable. Bedrooms were clean and the bathrooms too. The outdoor happening was really fantastic, enjoyed the sauna, whirlpool and nice barbecue. When it was too hot we took a dip in the water, really lovely. It was a pity that the whirlpool no longer had refilled water every morning, so a technician came every day to fill the whirlpool and make it ready for use. In the afternoon we really enjoyed it after it was made again.

Had a very nice holiday. The house is very nicely furnished and offers a lot of comfort. However, there are a few small defects to complain about, such as various lamps not working and the handrail on the stairs was loose We were assured that these would be fixed. Otherwise a very nice, quiet location to relax in, if it weren't for the small flaws, it would have been a very good from me.

The house itself is optically luxurious, but built rather cheaply in the details. The living room with kitchen makes a great impression. The beds have rather disappointed. In addition, it was not really apparent at the beginning that 2 of 10 people had to sleep on a couch. The jacuzzi and sauna worked and the location is very good. Unfortunately, from 10:00 p.m. you are asked not to use the pool and sauna anymore, since the whole area is very open and narrow. Unfortunately, the grill had no gas on arrival and there was none to get because the shops were closed. Overall it was a very nice stay and we can recommend the house especially for 8 people. The garden is rather too small for large families and there are no play facilities. Value for money is good overall.

Fantastic home! In the kitchen an update is needed as far as glasses and plates are concerned. A fly screen in the living room would be welcome, near water and the heat gave us many mosquitoes ... We still enjoyed our stay in Zeewolde !!

Reception was great and welcoming. At 1500 we were allowed to enter the house, which became 1615 because the cleaning was not yet in order. This was not a problem. Accommodation was excellent and fully met our wishes. Very luxurious. Environment was also great. We cycled a lot and enjoyed the surroundings (Harderbos / Harderwijk / Elburg). Resort is very quiet

Great villa, interior and facilities, however, there were 2 minus points. Overdue garden maintenance, garden lamps, garden fence, bathroom lamps. Reported to reception but nothing else was done.
