The detached holiday home, built in 1970 and renovated in 2015, is rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday complex on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Situated in the Sonnenalm holiday complex – traffic-calmed zone. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Ground floor: Living room (20 sq m, walkthrough room) with seating area, TV, fireplace, radio, CD player, dining area (6 seats), access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs) and fireplace unfortunately not usable. Bedroom (15 sq m) with 1 double bed and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture). Kitchen (5 sq m) with electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Anteroom (3 sq m). Bathroom (5 sq m) with bathtub with shower attachment, 2 washbasins, bidet, hairdryer and window. Separate WC (2 sq m, not heated) with WC.
1st floor: Bedroom (10 sq m, walkthrough room) with 1 single bed. Bedroom (15 sq m, walkthrough room) with 1 single bed, 1 extra bed on double pull-out sofa and TV. Bathroom (3 sq m) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
