Very nicely located, quiet, well-maintained, and clean apartment with an inviting balcony in close proximity to the beach promenade. The apartment has very good amenities, is modern and cozy. Everything one needs is available. A great advantage is the extra room for clothing and luggage. Fortunately, a beach chair at the bathing beach is included. One can comfortably reach the apartment from the underground garage via the elevator. Highly recommended, we felt very comfortable.

We have been vacationing in Rügen several times a year for over 20 years, always in Binz and we prefer the beach villas. We are very satisfied with the service; any small problems are always resolved quickly and kindly! We felt very comfortable again this time. The apartment was clean, has a very well-stocked kitchen, and even an oven. The bed is wonderful, and the built-in balcony is very pleasant for the cooler November days; it's an optimal size for 2 people! A small but acceptable downside: the window curtains are not fresh anymore, and if there is a longer vacancy period until the next booking, which can definitely happen in the absolute off-season, please air it out.
