This lovely house with about 85 m² living space is located in a beautifully designed development area just outside Ferragudo near the lighthouse "Aldeia do Farol". It is a short walk from the Praia dos Caneiros and Pintadinho away on a rarely traveled road. The decor is modern and tasteful also suitable for children. On 1st floor there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with three beds, ideal for families. It has from the various balconies and roof terraces a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Before and behind the house is a plant with garden furniture, barbecue and children's toys. The house has access from both sides. The market place of Ferragudo is about 2 kilometers away. Parking at the house or under the carport. Pets on request.

Location and surroundings of object
The property is quietly located in the outskirts area of Ferragudo. The equipment is very good. We recommend our guests to rent a car, because the Algarve is overall very worth seeing. Of course, we are in the mediation to assist you. The fishing village of Ferragudo is one of the most peaceful and most affordable places in the Algarve. The maze of narrow streets and winding staircases gives a real, genuine impression Portuguese mentality. Against the whitewashed, flower-filled wash houses, often by women of their laundry, and at lunchtime sardines are grilled. In the "Mom and Pop shops" (Mini-Mercados) the purchases are completed. The people are always friendly and helpful.
In the Market you can buy daily fresh fish, seafood and fruit. For a shopping spree at the entrance there is a Lidl supermarket. Especially worth seeing is the small church at the top of the village. It has a magnificent view over the harbor entrance from Portimão and the Atlantic Ocean. Here you can find no concrete blocks or sterile impersonal hotel complex, but luxurious villas, houses, cozy apartments and superb resorts.
The marketplace is the meeting place for locals and visitors. There are plenty of cafes, small bars and bars with beer gardens, even young people are in good hands here. One can also find the post office, a bank and a large variety of restaurants, from traditional Portuguese to international cuisine, but also pizza and Hähnchenbraterei. Every weekend in the summer, a Portuguese festival, which is reminiscent of a big family celebration, even the monthly flea market held findete is worthwhile.

The beaches of Ferragudo:
At the mouth of the Rio Arade, the vast, sandy beach PRAIA GRANDE, which is separated by the jetty from the open sea stretches. In the further course to reach the PRAIA DO MOLHE and PRAIA DA Pintadinho. The most beautiful beach is the PRAIA DOS Caneiros. There you will find the salient creeks that are so typical of this coast. All beaches have a variety of beach bars. Not to forget the spectacular cliff walks along the coast, you should make possible the early morning.
In our service office on site, you can check an extensive meeting and leisure facilities such as diving, golf, tennis, fishing, sailing, canoeing, big game fishing, various water parks, zoo, trips to Lisbon and Seville, concerts, exhibitions etc. Upon request we provide tickets.
