Description
The cozy townhouse is spread over 2 floors and consists of a living room with access to the terrace with a private garden, an American kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, and a covered terrace on the upper floor with a view of the mountains featuring beautiful sunsets. New mosquito nets have been attached to all windows.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people and stands out with a beautiful communal garden and saltwater pool. Parking spaces are available in the fenced facility.
Rental from June to September is only possible weekly, arrivals and departures only on Saturdays.
Long-term or winter rentals are from November to April, starting at 8 weeks rental period.

Super nice accommodation in a good location on the outskirts of Denia
We were guests at the Giralda IX vacation apartment for three weeks.
The apartment is superbly located, less than 10 minutes to the beach, a German bakery around the corner with delicious breakfast, good restaurants within walking distance, and even a German hairdresser in the small shopping center.
There is nothing lacking in the complex, a beautiful large pool and everything is very well-maintained. Inside the house as well, even a pizza cutter or a juicer is available. We felt really comfortable and would love to come back again. All living spaces can be air-conditioned if needed.
The large balcony with sunset views is simply fantastic.
You can walk to Denia through an old disused and tarred railway track, which is about 5km to the city center but very doable as it is completely flat. There are benches along the way. One can then walk back nicely along the beach at the water's edge and enjoy the sunset :-)
The contact with the landlady and also with the apartment supervisor on site was super nice and questions were quickly answered.
In short - we will definitely come back once again if we are allowed :-)

Everything top
The facility is very beautiful, everything is super clean and well maintained. The house is beautiful, everything is available. You can tell that it was furnished with a lot of love and passion. The location is also perfect, the sun shines on the garden terrace in the morning, and in the evening you can see wonderful sunsets on the upper terrace. We felt very comfortable and at home here, as did our little dog. The whole process was uncomplicated, everything worked perfectly. So, we would love to come back.

Super nice holiday home
Everything super.
The holiday home was furnished with love. Everything modern and everything there.
Very clean.
The beach is just a short walk away and the town is not too far away.
The handover of the keys also went well.

Pleasant holiday home for wintering
We stayed in the well-equipped, lovingly furnished holiday home of the Muss family from mid-January to mid-April 2023. It becomes clear very quickly that the house is also used by the owners themselves. It is impressive how well-maintained the house and the grounds are. The contact with Mrs. Muss and the caretaker was always flawless. The beach is very easily accessible. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Completely satisfied
We felt very comfortable. The house is very well equipped; there is really nothing lacking. It was very clean and cozy and tastefully furnished.
The property is very well-kept and quiet. The contact with the landlords and the manager was very good, and we felt very comfortable.
We would gladly come back.
