Description
The 3 holiday cottages are nestled in the shade of large deciduous trees, on the outskirts of Zwenzow, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Großer Labussee with their own access to the lake.
They are separated only by a road from the wooded shoreline, where a small path leads to your private bathing jetty.
The public bathing area with sunbathing lawn and beach volleyball is located 100 meters away. Furnishings of your bungalow/ upon arrival you will find:
1 WC (equipped with washbasin and hairdryer, first aid kit, guest towel, hand soap, toilet paper, clothespins, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, and anti-mosquito plug)
The shower house has been modernized inside and out, freshly painted, and colorfully designed since spring 2021!
It is consistently well received by our guests. Inside you will find 2 showers, a washbasin, and for colder days there is a heater available.
It is lockable, so you can enjoy peace and privacy. The facilities are cleaned every other day by your landlords.
1 kitchen (with 2-burner stove, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, radio/CD player, fridge-freezer combination, dishes, various glasses, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, dish soap, dish sponge, dish towel, kitchen roll, salt and pepper, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and coffee filters)
1 bedroom (with double bed, blackout blind)
1 bedroom (with bunk bed, wardrobe, and blackout blind)
1 living/dining room (with dining table, 4 chairs, 1 sofa, side table, electric heater, satellite TV,
integrated DVD player, cupboard, shelf, selection of games, and a selection of books.) 1 fenced terrace (with 1 table and 4 chairs as well as a grill)
2 deck chairs are available per bungalow and are located in the garden behind each bungalow
We also offer our guests a leisure chest, which contains, for example, badminton and softball rackets, table tennis sets, frisbee, various balls, and yoga mats.

The small, tranquil holiday resort with around 100 inhabitants is surrounded by several lakes and borders directly on the Müritz National Park.
The nearest larger towns are Wesenberg (6 km), Mirow (15 km) and the residential town of Neustrelitz (12 km) where you will find restaurants, shopping and leisure facilities.
If you are looking for a cosy holiday home for your activities or just long for peace and quiet, then you have come to the right place !
We offer ideal conditions to explore the nature and culture of the lake district.
In the immediate vicinity you will find many forest paths which lead you through a landscape of mixed forests,
Moors, large and small lakes.
These are particularly popular with hikers, cyclists and dog owners.
The Großer Labussee, which is only a 1-minute walk away from your holiday home, offers ideal conditions for all water sports. Here you will find your private bathing jetty which invites you to swim, paddle or fish.

Cancellation terms:
You can withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be made in writing (in the form of a letter or email). In the event of withdrawal, you are liable to compensate us for any damages incurred: - From the day of receipt of the deposit payment by the tenant up to the 121st day before the rental start, no compensation is payable. - From the 120th day to the 61st day before the rental start date, compensation equal to the deposit is due. - From the 60th day to the 15th day before the rental start date, 50% of the total price is payable. - From the 14th day to the 8th day before the rental start date, 80% of the total price is payable. If you withdraw less than eight days before the rental start date, the full travel price must be paid. The receipt date of your withdrawal notification will always apply. Any amounts already paid will be credited. You can provide a replacement person who will take over your contract under the aforementioned conditions. For this to occur, a written notification (in the form of a letter or email) must be made. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Absolute recommendation
The bungalow was very clean. The outdoor area was also very well maintained. The accommodation was just as described. The quiet location was really nice, the direct lake access (with private dock) and the short paths into nature are another plus point. The central location offers many excursion possibilities. The lovingly designed guest folder also helps with this. Communication with the hosts was very friendly from the start and they were always helpful. Value for money is unbeatable here.

Simply just to recommend
It was our first time there, but definitely not the last! It is beautifully quiet and you can definitely relax; for shopping, you have to drive a bit, but then you have everything you need. Nearby, you can go canoeing, hiking, or just rest; there is something for everyone. Chris and Sylvia do a great job. They are in a great mood and always friendly. Simply wonderful people with big hearts.

Great vacation home with friendly landlords on a beautiful plot of land.
We already felt comfortable before the trip because there was support for the arrival - even that the house was ready before the agreed time. We found a super well-kept complex, the holiday home was sparkling clean and perfectly equipped. We felt comfortable already on the first night and during the week we received many tips and had nice conversations. Even our dog felt really welcome and comfortable here. Our brought boat was well taken care of and lovingly cared for - for this our heartfelt thanks to the nice landlord couple! We would love to come visit you again soon.

Everything is great!
Well-equipped bungalow with terrace, large garden and private jetty to a lake with very good water quality. There are plenty of hiking trails nearby. We will gladly come back.
