Penthouse apartment on the harbor front of Marina Wendtorf and equipped with a roof terrace facing the water. The living room and roof terrace offer a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the small Baltic Sea port. The modern and comfortably furnished apartment consists of a combined kitchen and living area, from which you can access the large roof terrace. In addition to the stove, the apartment has a WOK hob. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a flat screen TV. The other two beds are extra beds on the sofa bed in the living room. There is also a bathroom with a rain shower with steam bath function and underfloor heating. A television with Blu-Ray player and a soundbar with Bluetooth connectivity provide entertainment and the bioethanol fireplace provides cozy warmth. The apartment can be easily reached with the elevator and there is a parking space available for you. Binoculars can be borrowed from our service office. Since this is a series with several identical apartments, the furnishings can vary. The apartment has a great view due to its location. Fully equipped. Too bad there are no tourist tips in the apartment. Make sure that the house is left clean, because fines have been laid down for anything and everything.

Het appartement heeft door zijn ligging een geweldig uitzicht. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Jammer dat er geen toeristische tips in het appartement liggen. Let vooral op dat het huis schoon wordt achtergelaten, want voor van alles en nog wat zijn boetes vastgelegd.
