HAUS RUTH" is located in a quiet side street of the resort town of Stein. Holiday feelings are awakened as soon as you open the front door, the spacious accommodation has all kinds of amenities ready for you. There is the spacious living room with couch corner, flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove and large dining table. From here you have direct access to the terrace with its loungers and garden chairs. If the sun is too hot, you can simply use the awning to get some shade.
A barbecue and a pavilion in the garden are also available for your use. If you don't only want to barbecue, you will find happiness in the fully equipped fitted kitchen. On the ceramic hob, in the oven or the microwave - here every kind of preparation is possible and the dishwasher does the work for you afterwards. You'll be well bedded in the two bedrooms. One of them has 2 single beds behind each other, the other bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe. From this bedroom you enter the huge bathroom with bathtub and shower. In addition, there is a guest toilet at your disposal. If you want to wash or dry your clothes in between, you will find this possibility in a separate utility room.
A wooden terrace has been built on the opposite side of your terrace so that you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day.
You are also welcome to use the beach chair.

Location and surroundings of object
All essential shops are within walking distance from here. The water sports school "TATORT HAWAI" with beach bar and occasional live music, the lakeside restaurant "HAUS DES KURGASTES" with its regional and international dishes, two cafés, a bakery, fish snack bars and the Torist information centre are all in the immediate vicinity. There is a supermarket at the entrance to the village or a larger selection in Laboe or Schönberg. The fine sandy beach is ideal for families with children due to the shallow sloping shore zone. In addition, the ships arriving or departing from the Kiel Fjord can be observed from here. The Baltic resort of Laboe is quickly reached along the steep coast and in the other direction it is only a few minutes to the Wendtorf marina with the nature reserve and the sailing and museum harbour.

Thank you very much, it was a relaxing week!
Very cosy holiday home with complete equipment and cosy garden, not far from the Baltic Sea with great cycle paths. We had a very good rest.
A big thank you to the landlord, Mr Guthier, and the manager, Mr Borchert. Everything worked out great! Many greetings from Berlin!

Beautiful house, very quiet location
It is quite a nice, quiet location, right near the beach. Everything is exactly as described. However, for families with children who would rather see and experience something, this is nothing. At least not in autumn. Unfortunately, some guests do not treat pans etc. with care, so that they were quite scratched. This is very annoying for Mr Gutier, who takes a lot of trouble to make it pleasant for the guests.

We can only report positive things. The house has a quiet location and is very clean and well maintained.
Everything you need for everyday life was available. The entire garden area was at our free disposal and was very friendly. We received a friendly welcome from Mr Borchert, who manages the property. We also had the opportunity to meet the owner of the house, Mr Guthier, and were very impressed by his helpful and friendly manner.
We will gladly come again.

The house lives up to its promise.
The house was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The welcome by Mr. Borchert was very friendly. The location is very good. You can reach everything (shopping, beach, cities, etc.) quickly. We definitely felt very comfortable.

Very nice vacation
A great holiday home with everything you could wish for. Very beautiful and high-quality furnishings. The quiet location and a short walk directly to the beach make the holiday perfect. We were warmly welcomed by the Guthier family and Mrs. Arp.

Great holiday home!
The spacious holiday home is very well and comfortably equipped, nothing was missing, good location, stable WiFi, very clean.
The mattresses could be a bit harder, but everything else is great as described.
Thanks to the shutters, we could also keep the house nice and cool. The location couldn't be better, you can quickly walk to the beach and to Laboe. The landlord is very friendly and lives right next door. There is also a fairy in the holiday home, which you have to experience for yourself!
We would like to come back next year!

Eine Perle im Erholungsort Stein
Nach nun neun Urlauben in diesem wundervollen Ferienhaus, möchte ich nun auch mal eine Bewertung abgeben. Das Ferienhaus Ruth ist sehr schön und komplett eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Besitzer Herr Albert Guthier und seine Frau Ellen , sind sehr auf das Wohl Ihrer Gäste bedacht. Was in den Bildern und der Beschreibung angezeigt wird, ist zu 100% auch vorhanden. Wir werden dieses Jahr noch zweimal im Ferienhaus Ruth verweilen. Auch für nächstes Jahr haben wir schon vorgemerkt. Man kann diese Perle nur weiter empfehlen.

Einfach nur schön
Ein sehr schönes Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Es hat von der Ausstattung an nichts gefehl. Schöne ruhige Lage, richtig schön für Kinder da so gut wie keine Autos fahren und der kurze Weg an den Strand ist schon super. Wir freuen uns schon auf den Urlaub im nächsten Jahr im Haus Ruth

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und sehr wertig. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Begrüßung durch Frau Arp war sehr herzlich, obwohl wir ein bisschen zu spät gekommen sind (Kiel hat so seine tücken) . Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das Wetter meinte es mit uns auch noch gut. Lange Spaziergängen stand somit nichts entgegen.
Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Urlaub im Mai
Nach dem wir nun schon zum zweiten Male unseren Urlaub im Haus Ruth verbringen durften wird es Zeit eine Bewertung abzugeben.
Wie im letzten Jahr fanden wir das Haus und die Einrichtung in einem hervorragenden Zustand vor. Alles was für eine angenehme Zeit benötigt wird findet sich in den Schränken. Wer hier keine schöne Zeit verbringt, macht selbst etwas falsch. Diesen Urlaub verbrachten wir zu dritt und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen im Haus Ruth.

Einfach nur schön
Super schönes Ferienhaus . Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur wünschen kann. Ob im geräumigen Wohn-Essbereich oder in der Küche, hier fehlt es an nichts. Desweiteren ist das sehr üppige Badezimmer eine wahre Wohlfühl-Oase. Also alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus, indem man sich schon nach einem Tag wie zu Hause fühlt.

Tolle Einrichtung
Frau Arp hat uns vor unserer Anreise angerufen und die ungefähre Anreisezeit angefragt. wir kamen
etwas später an wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und anschließend mit dem Haus und der Einrichtung vertraut gemacht.
Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Wir haben nichts vermisst, es war an
alles gedacht.
Unser Luca hatte sich sofort in das vorhandene W.Lan angemeldet, da war der super schöne Urlaub schon vorprogrammiert.

Urlaub im Ferienhaus Ruth
Dies ist unser zweiter Urlaub im Ferienhaus Ruth . Das Objekt liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend , kein Durchgangsverkehr , in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hält alles , wie es in Bildern und Beschreibung angezeigt wird. Es fehlt an nichts , der Holzofen im Wohnzimmer vermittelt gerade in der Winterzeit zur Zentralheizung eine zusätzliche Atmosphäre . Fernseher , StereoAnlage u. WLAN sorge für Kurzweile.
Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Herr Albert Guthier u. Frau Arp machen alles , daß es uns gut geht.
