The house is located in the green hill of San Giorgio, in a beautiful and scenic position. The place is quiet and in contact with nature. The house is bright, the large windows overlook the lake and the surrounding nature.
The large house has a large fully equipped kitchen and can therefore be suitable to accommodate several people ensuring space and tranquility, distributed on two levels consists of a large living room, 3 bedrooms with beds for two people, a room with a single bed, two bathrooms and utility room.
The large terrace from which you access directly to the living room and kitchen is perfect at all times of day, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake from north to south
The well-kept garden is perfect for relaxation and enjoyment, areas of shade and sunshine as well as giving you the opportunity to have lunch under the patio in front of the beautiful view.
The property, surrounded by the large olive grove, offers a swimming pool with wooden solarium equipped with deckchairs and sunbeds
Guests can enjoy the large garden around the house and park their cars at the entrance of the property

Zwaar tegenvallend huis
De ligging en het uitzicht van het huis is prachtig.
Echter is het jammer genoeg zo dat het huis veel tekortkomingen heeft. Dit komt met name door de sterke veroudering van het interieur. Tijdens ons verblijf zijn wij tegen de volgende zaken aangelopen:
- slechtere bedden dan deze vind je niet. Voor deze prijs mag je fatsoenlijke bedden verwachten.
- gasfornuis kapot
- keukendeur slot kapot
- filter zwembad kapot
- 4 buiten stoelen kapot
- niet schoon opgeleverd terwijl je €350,- schoonmaak kosten betaald
- slechts 2 lig bedden
Daar bovenop heb je te maken met verhuurders die slecht communiceren en vinden dat hen geen blaam treft.

Prachtige plek, sterk verouderd huis
Laat je niet misleiden door het prachtige uitzicht. Voor €3000,-per week mag je meer verwachten. Tijdens ons verblijf ging het gasfornuis kapot, meerdere stoelen en zelfs het zwembad. Vooral het gebrek aan fatsoenlijke bedden heeft ons verblijf helaas onprettig gemaakt.
