The house is located in the green hill of San Giorgio, in a beautiful and scenic position. The place is quiet and in contact with nature. The house is bright, the large windows overlook the lake and the surrounding nature.
The large house has a large fully equipped kitchen and can therefore be suitable to accommodate several people ensuring space and tranquility, distributed on two levels consists of a large living room, 3 bedrooms with beds for two people, a room with a single bed, two bathrooms and utility room.
The large terrace from which you access directly to the living room and kitchen is perfect at all times of day, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake from north to south
The well-kept garden is perfect for relaxation and enjoyment, areas of shade and sunshine as well as giving you the opportunity to have lunch under the patio in front of the beautiful view.
The property, surrounded by the large olive grove, offers a swimming pool with wooden solarium equipped with deckchairs and sunbeds
Guests can enjoy the large garden around the house and park their cars at the entrance of the property
The area invites to walks in the green, swimming in the lake, water sports. The golf course of Bogliaco is 500 meters away

Disappointing house
The location and view of the house are beautiful. However, it is unfortunately the case that the house has many shortcomings. This is primarily due to the significant aging of the interior. During our stay, we encountered the following issues:
- You won't find worse beds than these. For this price, you can expect decent beds. - gas stove broken
- kitchen door lock broken
- pool filter broken
- 4 outdoor chairs broken
- not cleaned upon delivery while you paid €350,- for cleaning
- only 2 lounge beds
On top of that, you are dealing with landlords who communicate poorly and believe they are not to blame.

Beautiful place, strongly outdated house.
Don't be fooled by the beautiful view. For €3000 per week, you should expect more. During our stay, the gas stove broke, several chairs, and even the swimming pool. Especially the lack of decent beds unfortunately made our stay unpleasant.
