Aldenhof holiday park offers various types of accommodations so that you will most likely find an accommodation to suit your needs. For a group of 6 people, you can choose from type 6A (NL-8381-06), where all the rooms are on the ground floor and which is simply, yet comfortably furnished. This type of accommodation can be found on the edge of the fishpond or along the outskirts of the park. Type 6A Comfort (NL-8381-08) has additional features such as a DVD player and an oven. These accommodations are always situated on the fishpond. You can also book a pet-friendly version of both these types of accommodations. If you wish to do so, use NL-8381-07 for type 6A and NL-8381-09 for type 6A Comfort.
Type 6B (NL-8381-10) is detached and has a first floor, but one of the bedrooms and a bathroom are situated on the ground floor. These accommodations are also situated on the beautiful fishpond.
For a maximum of 4 people, you can choose from two types of detached accommodations, both of which are located on the outskirts of the park. The most unique is the eco-friendly built type Grasdak (Grass roof) (NL-8381-11). The round, sloping roof offers insulation as well as plenty of air circulation, making this accommodation ideal for people with respiratory problems. The cosy type Boerderijtje (Small farmhouse) (NL-8381-12) has sleeping facilities for 4 people. One of the beds is a single folding bed, making this accommodation more suitable for 3 people. This accommodation has mostly been adapted for the disabled. Examples are the kitchen with floating worktop; the extra wide doors and stiles; the lack of thresholds; and the bathroom with a raised toilet with handles, lowered washbasin and shower stool.

Huisje is verouderd, maar alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Mooie en centrale locatie en ondanks de Coronamaatregelen hebben we toch veel kunnen ondernemen.

The arrival was good, there was a queue at the reception for check-in. I had to wait half an hour in the sweltering sun (was with those hot days) for a key but I was kindly received. The house has everything you need, kitchen with 4 burners and enough pans, microwave (no oven) and enough storage space. There was heating and underfloor heating, but we did not need this with the weather. Nice if you are staying in the fall or winter. WiFi was available in the house and an open network on the field where the animation was done. The surroundings were beautiful, the village within walking distance, about 15-20 minutes so perfect.

For a wheelchair friendly house, the threshold of more than 30 cm was a disappointment, you also have to take a step of about that height to be able to go to the toilet. Fortunately, people from the Adelhof (the bungalow park where Belvilla rents out) had come up with a nice solution through the back door. Also, the prices of bath / bed linen are not correct on the Belvilla site, there is a lower amount than you have to pay at the reception of the adelhof. And we were advised not to book through Belvilla but directly at the bungalow park. We also had a great time together at a nice bungalow park

Cottage is shabby, poorly maintained.Keuken with different tiles, no oven.Wc in the shower, and a shower curtain.Weinig space in the douche.Ook it is very dark.Geen cozyhuisje.Niks nice on the wall.Definitely not recommended, the price of the house is not in proportion. Environment is beautiful. Outside you sit on plastic chairs, white and then a green table. No privecy if you sit outside. I will not book a second time.

Nice, neat house. Had accidentally booked a house where you can enter with pets, which was not the intention because our son is allergic to a number of pets. We called about it and they were very helpful. Both by Belvilla and by the park itself. Another house without pets was not available. A house where no pets had been for a week. They cleaned it thoroughly. Fortunately, our son did not suffer from it. Very nice that Belvilla and the park did everything they could to make our stay as good as possible.

We had a semi-detached 6-person bungalow where we stayed as a couple. The bungalow itself is slightly dated, the furnishings are new and neat, the bungalow is clean, light (during the day) and complete. Due to the way in which all bungalows are situated you have a lot of privacy in the bungalow and on the terrace.With 2 people it is spacious enough, with 4 is also possible, but I do not want to think about staying there with 6 people, the living room and kitchen are just too tight. We had bad weather, it may feel better with dry weather. The semi-detached bungalow was located at the very edge of the park, so it was nice and quiet and you were on your way to the woods by bike. The location of the park is nice, nearby is a small village with supermarket and terrace, but you are also in a somewhat more wooded omgeving.De larger parks in Drenthe are unfortunately a bit further weg.Overdag the bungalow is nice and light, but "at night and with dark again you only have 3 dim light small pieces to illuminate the living room, that is not enough.

Location is fine, the park is quiet. As far as cleaning is concerned, that could really be better, if they pay more attention to this, you have a nice location for a reasonable price.
