Schöne kleine Unterkunft für 2 Personen. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Südstrand ist sehr nah und der Ort zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Küchenzeile ist recht eng.

Wohnung ist zwar überschaubar groß, aber wenn man die meiste Zeit Ausflüge auf der Insel macht - wie wir - überhaupt kein Problem. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Besitzerin.

Das Apartment liegt ca. 20 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt und ist durch zwei steile Treppen in einem älteren Haus zu erreichen. Das Schlafzimmer war für unseren Geschmack zu klein; das Internet hat erst nach mehrmaligen Versuchen funktioniert und die Fernsehantenne war nicht richtig ausgerichtet, so dass man bei starkem Wind keinen Empfang hatte.

We would book the apartment for a short vacation again and again. Beach, bakery, butcher and a small supermarket all in close proximity. The pedestrian zone is also easily accessible on foot.

Unfortunately, we initially received a wrong phone number for the landlord and therefore could not reach her. However, the problem could be quickly resolved. Unfortunately, the building from the outside is not like in the photos, but rather run down, and there is an extreme smell of cigarette smoke in the stairwell. But not in the apartment, of course.

An aging house, received friendly. Only 200m from the beach, groceries, bicycle rental, and restaurants within reach. I felt comfortable and can recommend this house if you don't need or expect a luxury apartment.

The apartment offers enough space for two people, but has everything that is important for a vacation at the North Sea! The double bed with a continuous mattress is very comfortable and large. Everything was clean. The rooms are small, especially the kitchen, but it actually has all the things that are needed. There was enough space in the bathroom. Only the shower cabin may need to be renewed soon. Baker, butcher, supermarket and beach, everything is nearby! The only thing missing is a balcony. The landlords are very nice and helpful and in the house!

The Roock flat is located in Wyk on the south beach and therefore not very central, but this is not really a problem in this small town. But the south beach is only a stone's throw away. There are shopping facilities, a bicycle rental and restaurants nearby. The flat itself is very small, but attractively, tastefully and functionally furnished. There should be a little more crockery. The bed is good, the mattress is not worn out. The only drawback in our eyes was the cleanliness of the bathroom. It is not nice to find the hair of the previous tenant in the shower drain. Also the floors did not look mopped.

The flat is lovingly furnished. The flat and the whole house are very clean. We liked the proximity to the beach. You only had to cross the street once and you were there. The centre is about 20 cm away on foot along the promenade.
