Charming holiday home Casa Ajla is located in a secluded village Rogovići just 6 km from the famous Camping Resort Lanterna. The house spreads on 78 square meters and it offers a nicely furnished interior, a private organic garden that surrounds the house and a private swimming pool. The house consists of two comfortable bedrooms; one bedroom is with a double bed and the other one is with two separated beds. Furthermore, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking appliances, a spacious living room with a convertible sofa bed for 1 additional person, a bathroom with shower, towels and a washing machine. The guests can spend hot summer evenings on a spacious terrace equipped with seating furniture. Air Conditioning, private parking, Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen are included in the price. The house is ideal for up to 6 guests, and it offers everything you need for a careless vacation with family or friends away from the city noise.

Location and surroundings of object
Town Tar-Torre is settled next to the main road connecting Poreč and Novigrad. This is a fertile plateau, which on one side slopes towards the sea and on the other towards the mouth of the Mirna River. This location offers a spectacular view towards Novigrad in the north and Poreč in the south. On a lear, sunny day you can see the Alps and from the top of Tar bell tower even Venice. This region is famed for its exceptional olive oil. Experts have declared that the finest olive oil in Europe comes from these very parts, from Larun olive groves below Tar-Torre. In the summer months the place is filled with tourists all attracted by untouched nature and clear sea on the peninsula Lanterna, the famous tourist center with a lot of entertainment for visitors. The owners of Villa Valtrazza have a long tradition in tourism, agriculture, fishing and olive oil production.

schöne ruhige Lage ,fern ab ;-)
Das Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger Lage. Platz ist ausreichend für 4 Personen.
Vermieter sehr nett und bemüht .Garten Früchte dürfen geerntet und verwendet werden. das haus hat Tv allerdings ohne deutsche Programme. auch ein Geschirrspüler vermisst man.
Der pool ist ausreichend und erfrischend. Die poolpflege könnte etwas besser sein(Vermieter kommt alle 2 Tage,aber das mit der Poolchemie hat er nicht so drauf ;-)
Super Tage gehabt. in Tar (2 km Berg runter)gibt es ein Bäcker und nette Lokale zum Essen.Supermarkt ist dort dann auch.
