Die Matratze im Einzelzimmer ist durchgelegen und bedarf einer Erneuerung. Im Bad befinden sich keine Einhebelmischbatterien.

(Fast) Perfekt: Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Sie ist aus einem Guss eingerichtet und dekoriert. Kleinigkeiten stehen der Beurteilung als uneingeschränkt perfekt entgegen: Die Haustür hat außen erhebliche Beschädigungen. Das Gestell der Markise und die Kurbel sind verrostet. Die Wohnung ist hellhörig (lebhafte Nachbarn sind deutlich zu hören). Die Schlösser der Schränke im 2-Bett-Zimmer waren überwiegend nicht gängig. Im Bad wäre eine Seifenschale nützlich gewesen. Im Briefkasten liegt im Juli eingegangene Post für den Eigentümer. Der Lüfter im Bad ist wenig effektiv. Aber: Insgesamt eben fast perfekt.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, Orginal wie auf den Fotos. Perfekt mit Parkplatz vor der Tür. Gute Lage keine 3 min zur Bushaltestelle , 5 min zum Strand. In der Küche fehlte nichts. Tolle Terrasse mit schönen Gartenstühlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We felt very comfortable there. Very tasteful decor, super nice bathroom and kitchen with adjoining living area, with a relaxed view of the heathland... The only thing that bothered us was the air traffic over Sylt, but that is a fundamental flaw and whether that is necessary is another question...

A very nice flat, original as in the photos. Perfect with parking in front of the door. Good location not 3 min to the bus stop, 5 min to the beach. Nothing was missing in the kitchen. Great terrace with nice garden chairs. We felt very comfortable.

(Almost) perfect: From the first moment we felt comfortable in the flat. It is furnished and decorated in one piece. Small things stand in the way of the assessment as unreservedly perfect: The front door has considerable damage on the outside. The frame of the awning and the crank are rusty. The flat is very noisy (lively neighbours can be heard clearly). The locks of the cupboards in the 2-bed room were mostly not common. A soap dish would have been useful in the bathroom. There is mail in the letterbox for the owner received in July. The fan in the bathroom is not very effective. But: All in all, almost perfect.

An excellent flat in the very best location. A beautiful terrace with an unobstructed view of the heath. A very well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately the flat has only one toilet in the basement. Otherwise top.
