The holiday flat is very modernly furnished, is located on the 2nd floor and offers a panoramic view of the North Sea. Raindance shower, washing machine, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen offer holiday luxury.
The approx. 35 m² flat was completely renovated and refurnished in 2013. The large window front with a view of the North Sea makes the living room bright and friendly. The living area is furnished with a cupboard bed (2x80cm lying surface), corner sofa, wardrobe, sideboard and dining table and two chairs.
The new fitted kitchen consists of quality kitchen furniture, dishwasher, 4-star fridge, oven with grill, extractor fan, tochtronic induction ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more.
In the shower room you will find high-quality design elements, a 1.4m wide shower tray with Hans Grohe Raindance fittings and a washing machine. The tiled floor is heated throughout the flat by underfloor heating, so that the floor is pleasantly warm even in the cold season. A hairdryer is of course also available.
The Yamaha hi-fi system also plays MP3 CDs, TV with DVD player.

Cancellation terms:
The tenant may withdraw from the lease agreement before the start of the lease period by providing a written declaration to the landlord. The relevant date is the date the withdrawal statement is received by the landlord. If the tenant withdraws from the lease agreement, they must pay a flat-rate compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and for lost profits as follows: Withdrawal up to 45 days before the start of the lease period: 30% of the agreed total rental price Withdrawal up to 30 days before the start of the lease period: 60% of the agreed total rental price Withdrawal from 29 days before the start of the lease period: 90% of the agreed total rental price The tenant reserves the right to prove that a lesser damage has occurred to the landlord. It is recommended to conclude a travel cancellation insurance policy, which protects the tenant in the event of cancellation due to death, a serious accident, or sudden illness of the tenant or their immediate family members from the costs of the cancellation. Upon cancellation, the tenant may nominate a substitute tenant who is willing to enter into the existing contract in their place. The landlord may object to the entry of the third party if they appear economically or personally unreliable. If a third party enters into the lease agreement, they and the previous tenant are jointly and severally liable to the landlord for the rent and for any additional costs arising from the entry of the third party.
