Karl-Heinz Evaluation (Summary): The apartment is nicely located and well-designed, especially the lower floor with two bedrooms and a nice bathroom was very pleasant and cleanly furnished. Unfortunately, the ground floor shows significant signs of use: defective recliner, worn dining room chairs, living room door could only be opened halfway/three-quarters (hits the floor) and a visible crack in the floor. The TV remote was also in very poor condition, the channel list confusing. A few stained towels were exchanged after feedback from the immediate service. Overall acceptable, but some areas are in need of renovation. Suitable for 2-3 people nonetheless, if one does not have too high expectations for the furnishings in the living area.

Extremely functional and very well-equipped apartment with somewhat older furnishings. Very nice garden - small but fine - with a divine view of the heath. Air traffic is present and disturbing (hence one point deduction for the location), although relatively infrequent. It must be clear: the idyll heavily depends on the (nearby) neighbors. If everything fits: great apartment!

We felt very comfortable as a family with a small child. The apartment is excellently equipped, from the kitchen to the terrace. The proximity to the beautiful beach is outstanding. We would love to come back.
