Es ist eine sehr schöne Strandnahe Wohnung. Die steile Treppe im Treppenhaus und in der Wohnung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, Der Balkon ist etwas klein aber für 2 Personen ausreichend.

Die Lage ist toll, nur kurz bis zum schönen Strand. Die Wohnung ist optimal ausgestattet, das WZ ausreichend groß, mit dem Sofa und zwei Sesseln bequem für einen gemütlichen Abend zu Hause. Die Küche könnte nicht besser sein, alles durchdacht. Viel Geschirr und Besteck, gute Töpfe und Pfannen, eine Kaffeemaschine für Kapseln und ( das fand ich optimal) eine herkömmliche Kaffeemaschine, die sich nach Durchlauf selbsttätig abgeschaltet hat, und bei der die Kanne eine Thermoskanne war. Auch sehrdurchdacht ! Ein leichter Nachteil waren die Betten, wegen der Zimmergrösse aber nicht anders lösbar.In einem Zimmer stieß man mit den Füßen an die Wand ,weil es so in einer Nische stand. Für Kinder vollkommen ausreichend, aber für Erwachsene etwas schlecht. Im anderen Zimmer mit Doppelbett musste man über das Fußende ins und aus dem Bett krabbeln. Die Treppe hoch zu den Schlafzimmer wie meistens auf Sylt lebensgefährlich steil.

The location is great, just a short distance to the beautiful beach. The apartment is optimally equipped, the living room is sufficiently spacious, with the sofa and two armchairs comfortable for a cozy evening at home. The kitchen couldn't be better, everything well thought out. Lots of dishes and cutlery, good pots and pans, a capsule coffee machine and (which I found to be optimal) a conventional coffee machine that automatically turned off after brewing, and the pot was a thermos. Also very well thought out!
A slight downside were the beds, due to the size of the rooms it was not possible to have them any other way. In one room, you bumped your feet against the wall because it was in a niche. Completely sufficient for children, but a bit inconvenient for adults. In the other room with a double bed, you had to crawl in and out of bed over the foot end.
The stairs up to the bedrooms, as is often the case on Sylt, were dangerously steep.

We were very happy guests in this apartment, every room was very clean, the equipment was complete and the proximity to the sea was of course awesome. There were and are no negative criticisms for us. Thank you very much for this beautiful stay.
