Das Appartment ist typisch für Sylt. Entweder ist es im Erdgeschoss mit Tiefgeschoss halb unter der Erde, oder 1. Stock mit einem Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit viel Schräge wie in diesem Fall. Die "Treppe" zum Dachgeschoss ähnelt einer Hünerleiter. Schweres Gepäck nach oben zu bringen ist nicht möglich, mann sollte es in Teilen vornehmen. Das ist aber auch schon alles an Kritik. Lage, Ausstattung und Ambiente sind sehr schön.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, Geschirr, etc. ist genug vorhanden. Die Lage ist super, Strand, Geschäfte und Lokale sind gut zu erreichen. Das Bad ist relativ neu, allerdings sind das Mobiliar im Wohnzimmer, speziell der Sessel, in die Jahre gekommen. Das Doppelbett musste erstmal zu einem solchen umgebaut werden - dadurch hat man entstand eine Kante in der Mitte. Wir haben ein kleines Kind, welches schonmal in der Nacht zu Besuch kommt, daher die Anmerkung. Wir haben auch "unterschätzt", was der Hinweis "Raucherwohnung" bedeutet. Jedenfalls hat uns der Geruch schon sehr gestört, aber hier liegt der Fehler natürlich bei uns. Wir waren schon häufig auf Sylt, hatten aber noch nie ein Domizil in Wenningstedt. Daher haben wir auch erstmalig mit dem Vermieter zu tun gehabt. Die Abwicklung war einwandfrei, da gibt es nicht zu beanstanden. Handtücher waren genügend vorhanden und die Wohnung war sauber.

The apartment is typical for Sylt. Either it is on the ground floor with a half basement below the ground or on the 1st floor with a room in the attic with a lot of sloping like in this case. The "stairs" to the attic are similar to a chicken ladder. It is not possible to bring heavy luggage upstairs, you should do it in parts.
But that's all the criticism. The location, facilities, and ambiance are very nice.

My wife and I spent a week in the vacation rental in June 2021. We were pleasantly surprised by the complete and well-thought-out equipment of the apartment. We didn't miss anything. The apartment was clean, quiet, and only a few minutes' walk from the beach. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the apartment.

The apartment is functional and the location is great. You can reach the beach and the city center in just a few minutes. From here, you can do a lot by bike or on foot, as the apartment is located in the middle of Sylt. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend it.

The apartment is well equipped, dishes, etc. are available enough. The location is great, the beach, shops, and restaurants are easy to reach. The bathroom is relatively new, but the furniture in the living room, especially the armchair, is old. The double bed had to be converted into one, which created a seam in the middle. We have a small child who sometimes visits at night, hence the note. We also "underestimated" what the "smoking apartment" note meant. In any case, the smell bothered us a lot, but the mistake is obviously ours. We have been to Sylt many times before, but we have never had a domicile in Wenningstedt. Therefore, we had dealings with the landlord for the first time. The transaction went flawlessly, there is nothing to complain about. There were plenty of towels available, and the apartment was clean.

The apartment is perfectly located for hiking, cycling, beach runs, etc. The facilities are very generous, and we didn't miss anything. When booking, I had overlooked that this is a smoking apartment. However, my concern about the smell of nicotine was not confirmed. We did not notice any disturbing odor.
