Description
The mobile home Kokomo is equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. Kitchen with freezer, gas stove, microwave, etc. Bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a central heating in case it is a bit colder. On the terrace is a wind-protected pavilion in which you can also sit when the weather is not so nice.
A television is available as well as the free Wlan net of the place. There are bedrooms.
One with a double bed 160x190.One with two beds 190x80. In the living room is a sofa bed on which you can sleep comfortably with two people. The dining area offers enough space to eat or play social games.

The mobile home is located on the beautiful family campsite Julianahoeve in Renesse
Renesse is a small town in the Dutch province of Zeeland.
The proximity to the beautiful beach attracts many holidaymakers every year to the town, which is filled with many restaurants, pubs and shopping facilities. The high tourist interest has in recent years many attractions in and around Renesse. There is something for children and adults.
But the real attraction is the landscape with its own sunny and healthy climate.
Wide sandy beaches, without tourist castles like on the Mediterranean, invite you to swim, play, walk and relax. Perfect for a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

Bis 14 Tage vor Ulaubsbeginn 70 % Rückerstattung des Mietpreises durch den Vermieter. Bis 7 Tage vor Urlaubsbeginn 50 % Rückerstattung des Mietpreises durch den Vermieter. Bei Stornierung unter 7 Tagen vor Urlaubsbeginn gibt es eine Rückerstattung von 20 %. Bei fester Zusage bitten wir um eine Zahlung von 50 % des Buchungspreises .Den Rest der Rechnung bitte zwei Wochen vor Antritt des Urlaubs begleichen . Wir erheben eine Kaution von 120 Euro. Die Enreinigung müssen sie selber durchführen. Auf dem Platz sind keine Haustiere erlaubt, bitte nicht mit Hund oder Katze anreisen. Anreise ist ab 14.00 möglich. Abreise bis 12.00 Uhr. Zusaetzlich zu dem Mietpreis ist eine Gebühr von 4,50Euro pro Person pro Nacht an den Campingplatz zu bezahlen. Diese Gebühr ist für die vielen Einrichtungen des Campingplatzes.(Hallenschwimmbad,Sportplatz,Spielplätze etc) Die Gebühr müssen sie vor ihren Urlaub an Julianahoeve überweisen. Die Kurtaxe an die Gemeinde ist in der Miete enthalten und wird von mir an die Gemeinde überwiesen.
- Ich vermiete nur an Familien(Eltern und Kinder oder Großeltern und Kindern), Päarchen oder Ehepaare,oder Einzelpersonen. Bei anderen Gruppen Bedarf es das persönliche Gespräch ob eine Vermietung in Frage kommt, da wir auf Rücksicht der anderen Gäste auf Julianahoeve auf Gruppen die mehr Party als Erholung suchen als Mieter verzichten. An Gruppen mit Personen unter 21 Jahren vermietet Julianahoeve von sich aus nicht.

Beautiful chalet in a lovely holiday park
We had a lovely holiday in Julianahoeve. The chalet is well equipped and absolutely sufficient for 4 people.
Everything you need is there and everything was very clean.
The holiday park Julianahoeve is great for a family holiday with its beautiful swimming pool and the many playgrounds.
The proximity to the beach and the nice walk to the city centre are further plus points for this location
All in all, this chalet is absolutely recommendable.

Sehr zufrieden!!!!!
Wir sind super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft,und können sie nur weiterempfehlen. Ausstattung super alles in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Was für uns und unser kleinkind optimal war. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen, wenn unser Kind etwas größer ist und mehr am Animationsprogramm teilnehmen kann.
