Despite being a beautiful location and the cottage having a great layout.... the cottage was really dirty. The trash can had not been emptied, there were tampons in it. Our mattress smelled of urine and the sheets were not clean. An outdoor dining table and the restaurant open from 10 o'clock during high season would be very desirable. Normally, I refrain from commenting, but this did emphasize our holiday feeling.

Checking in late in the evening took less than five minutes. The Wi-Fi was stable enough for working without issues. I particularly liked the bright living room thanks to many windows with a view of the hill. Kitchen appliances like the dishwasher made the stay pleasantly easy.

Vacation with family and children included. Plenty of space to spread out without feeling cramped. It was nice to sit outside on the covered terrace and watch the hill behind us. The quiet surroundings made it easy to relax after exhausting exploration tours nearby.

The house was good, the location absolutely not suitable for wheelchair users. Belvilla would contact Landal Gulpen, but Gulpen says that no one has called from Belvilla. I contacted Landal Gulpen myself, I clearly asked the question, are the narrow paths to the houses wheelchair accessible, and I did not receive a clear answer. Still decided to go to Gulpen. And there was totally no consideration for wheelchair users. Unless you rented a modified cabin. No one informed us and gave us no choice to go or not. It was a drama. We just returned from a weekend at the Nice Hill Lodge and honestly, it was amazing. The view from the terrace is just beautiful, seriously stunning. I mean, who doesn't love waking up like this? The place was super clean and had everything we needed - a cozy living room and even a smart TV for some relaxation. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made cooking a breeze. The only thing I would say is that the WiFi could be a bit faster, but honestly, that didn't spoil our vibe. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a chill spot in Gulpen!

The cottage was a bit less, we had a lot of trouble with a sewer smell, which came from both toilets. The wallpaper in the cottage unfortunately came loose and the lights by the bunk bed were in a rather inconvenient place, so you bumped your head against them. It was nice that the dogs could come along and that there were poop bags available all over the site. Very nicely situated; both the park and the view. The park has only just opened. Everything is new. I think in a while everything will be fully grown and it will be a beautiful park. We have a nice view. The cottage is clean and furnished with a good couch kitchen. Almost everything is there except scissors. There are still some finishing touches to be made. The bathroom is as cozy as a police cell. Fortunately, the door does open.

A tip: let us know on the website that you can rent E-bikes etc. on site at the park for a very reasonable amount per day, so that it is not necessarily necessary to bring your own bicycles.
