We were very nicely welcomed upon arrival with a drink and a snack. We were surprised by an e-mail that we received from the reception, that we did not have to check out until 6pm on the last day. Also when we said goodbye, we received a nice gift to take home.
The cottage was a bit less, we had a lot of trouble with a sewer smell, which came from both toilets. The wallpaper in the cottage unfortunately came loose and the lights by the bunk bed were in a rather inconvenient place, so you bumped your head against them. It was nice that the dogs could come along and that there were poop bags available all over the site. Very nicely situated; both the park and the view. The park has only just opened. Everything is new. I think in a while everything will be fully grown and it will be a beautiful park. We have a nice view. The cottage is clean and furnished with a good couch kitchen. Almost everything is there except scissors. There are still some finishing touches to be made. The bathroom is as cozy as a police cell. Fortunately, the door does open.

Brand new holiday homes, as it were 'glued' to the hillside, connected in such a way that you hardly notice that you have neighbors, and with a beautiful view over the Limburg hills. Park shop with a wide range and beautiful restaurant (where we did not eat) with a somewhat limited map. Very friendly welcome at the reception. A tip: let us know on the website that you can rent E-bikes etc. on site at the park for a very reasonable amount per day, so that it is not necessarily necessary to bring your own bicycles. My belief: when everything about a After a few months/year has been fully landscaped and fully grown (grass and shrubs), it will be a beautiful park with excellent opportunities for excursions and bike rides.

It was also nice to have a garden where the children could play. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Castle Wittem and the beautiful Geulpark. We will definitely come back!

We just returned from a weekend at the Nice Hill Lodge and honestly, it was amazing. The view from the terrace is simply beautiful, seriously stunning. I mean, who doesn't love waking up like this? The place was super clean and had everything we needed - a cozy living room and even a smart TV for some relaxation. The kitchen was also well-equipped, which made cooking a breeze. The only thing I would say is that the WiFi could be a bit faster, but honestly, that didn't spoil our vibe. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a chill place in Gulpen!
