Upon arrival, the owner Fabio and Giulia were waiting for us. They enthusiastically told about their beautiful house and the surroundings. The house is beautiful, neat and large. Everything was there what we needed. It is spacious for a holiday home. From the windows you look out over the hills and on Montegiove. We had brought our own baths for the children, who can stand in the huge garden where there is always a place to find shade. Cities al Cotta della Pieve, Todi and Orvieto are beautiful. The lake of Bolsena very nice. We have never missed the WIFI. We just had range and 4g. You don't have to miss important info from the home front.

Beautiful detached house on a hill with lots of peace and space. Beautiful view and beautiful starry sky to enjoy with a glass of wine. Slightly remote but at the same time central in Assisi / Perugia / Spoleto / Orvieto area.

The house is in a perfect location in the hills of Umbria. A very good base to towns such as Orvieto, Assisi, Rome and Gubbio bezoeken.De owner, Mr. Ferrari is a very friendly and helpful man. He gave us great tips on what's in the area to do and watch. Even a day in and around the house is great with z "n olive hammock and big beautiful tuin.Wij go definitely go back to this house. Do not hesitate and book right away!

This is a lovely house. It offers peace and quiet, as it is located in an area between two villages. The house is complete with 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. It's wonderful "evenings in the huge garden bbq" and with a salad mixed with Fabio 's own delicious olijfolie.Boodschappen can do in Marsciano with a big supermarket in a half hour drive afstand.Aanrader is to visit bring to La Scarzuola that more or less opposite the house ligt.Alle famous places in Umbria are rijafstand.Een recommended, we are inmiddeels been 2 times

Casale Ferrari is a beautiful, large and comfortable beautifully converted farmhouse is situated on a hilltop in the splendid Umbrian countryside. In clear weather you can from the hill on which the house is located, Subasio you are, which Assisi is built. The enclosed garden is enormous. We have enjoyed a great holiday in a nice house. Unfortunately the house was so remote and the roads were up to it so winding and bad that we had to adjust our program a lot. The weather was fine and the area is an absolute must for peace and nature lovers!

The friendly welcome of Mr. Ferrari was heartwarming. In fluent English, we were shown around. The house is just beautiful! Very spacious and all conveniences. The beds were neatly made and there were certainly enough towels aanwezig.De large "wild" garden "is equipped with a hammock and garden 2 different rooms. There is also a nice table tennis available. Lovely BBQ was not used by us for the sake of the extreme drought. (fire) You as a couple, family relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and delicious Italian cuisine. (with the delicious olive Mr. Ferrari itself) The only disadvantage is that the house is very secluded. It is 20 min drive through the hills to the nearest shop. If you want to make a trip (Assisi, Perugia, ...) you must first anyway the hill which is a half-hour time vraagt.Daardoor the distances Fri groot.Door the remote location (dichste neighbors living within 1 km) we did not really feel completely safe "at night. A fantastic destination. The house is very comfortably furnished (two bathrooms, 1x bath tub, 1x shower are a plus) and offers a magnificent, huge garden. The privacy and tranquility is great (rarely seen). Yeah, you have a half hour drive for groceries, but there is much tegenover.Na one hour (up to half) you but you want in the beautiful Umbria. And you really have the chance to enjoy, unlike Tuscany, where it is sometimes really busy. This really is the kind of house I'd like a second (or third ...) time to return would gaan.Zeer sympathetic owner.

We had our first cottage booked a less luxurious house! Compared to the more expensive of the second week, this is more than worth its price, only sorry that the owner has put there. No small pool All of it was that one off the ground. Quiet location and a great base for trips! Highly recommended!

Had a nice holiday. House is charming, but there is a need for investment. Mattresses beds are too hard, wifi is not working properly, shower in bathroom is small but so and so. kitchen looks quite dirty .. However, the location and the rest are unrivaled.
