A very nice and well-appointed cottage close to the beach in Grønhøj in North Jutland. The cottage is located on a large and open natural plot with only 700 m to the sandy beach at Grønhøj. The cottage is furnished with a nice kitchen, which is in open connection with a cozy living room with wood stove. In the living room there is also an alcove - a small cozy corner where you can lie down and relax with a good book or read aloud to the children. The cottage has 3 bedrooms - 2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with two single beds. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool and sauna. Outside there is a large and lovely terrace. Part of the terrace is covered. Furthermore, there is also an outdoor shower that can be enjoyed on the hot summer days. All in all, it is a super nice cottage close to the beach on the West Coast. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Overall a very beautiful house in a great location – small flaws in detail. We had a very nice stay in this holiday home. The equipment is basically really very good, and especially the location as well as the beautiful property delighted us. The shed is also great and the alcove in the house turned out to be really cozy. However, there are some points that should be renewed or improved: * Cleanliness upon arrival: The house was unfortunately not well cleaned, mainly concerning dirty surfaces. Additionally, the whirlpool was not cleaned. * Bathroom: The shower partition is not sufficiently tight and the joints are already quite rotten. * WLAN & Technology: The WLAN was inadequate, as the router is not centrally located in the house and the signal does not reach everywhere well. * Furniture & Equipment: The couch is already very saggy and the pans in the kitchen urgently need to be replaced. * Kitchen & Waste: For proper 4-way waste separation, there simply aren't enough bins in the kitchen. A capsule coffee machine would also be a great addition. * Bedrooms: There is a lack of proper blackout. The existing curtains/blinds unfortunately only serve as privacy screens and do not sufficiently darken the rooms. Conclusion: A really beautiful house with a great foundation that could be perfect with a few renovations and more care in cleaning! In addition to extensive walks through the impressive dune landscapes and along the endless beach, trips to Skagen – where the North Sea and the Baltic Sea meet – and to the famous shifting lighthouse Rubjerg Knude are an absolute must. The region can be fantastically explored by E-bike. A very special highlight is also driving directly over the vast beach with the car – a unique feeling of freedom! * Noteworthy places: * Lønstrup: Cozy artists' village with relaxed charm. * Løkken & Blokhus: Lively coastal towns with wide beaches and great atmosphere. * Aalborg: Perfect for a day trip with culture, shopping, and city life. * Culinary highlights in Løkken: * Løkken Surf Shore Surf Café: Brilliant spot for fantastic fish & chips, excellent coffee, and fresh smoothies with a surfer vibe. * Løkken Pizzeria Slice of Life: The best address for really good, crispy pizza. * Løkken Is Kompagniet: Definitely stop by for delicious, traditional ice cream as a sweet ending.

Great equipment, finally sharp knives. Recommendations: The bedroom with the door, without a window is practically unusable when it's warm due to the poor ventilation option, or with the door open. / Alternative tilting door or fly screen.

Average general condition, as it is very dirty. It has not been properly cleaned here for weeks. We found a dirty house and were forced to clean ourselves upon arrival. Equipment very satisfactory. The property is very well maintained and the location is excellent. The garden tools in the shed are in good order. By the way, the shed was cleaner than the house. Someone needs to keep an eye on the people!
