MAX 1 LITTLE DOG - Small and cozy cottage located on a lovely natural plot surrounded by trees. The cottage has undergone a thorough renovation in 2014, where, among other things, a new kitchen and new living room have been added. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room. From the living room there are 3 rooms, two of which are with double beds and one of the rooms is with two single beds. At this cozy cottage there is a 30 m2 open terrace and 12 m2 covered terrace. A nice place if you need to relax a bit and get away from a stressful everyday life. The cottage is also child-friendly, as there are swings and a trampoline outside. Cozy cottage by Blokhus and the North Sea!
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

The house itself is well equipped, the property is fenced, and there are sufficient seating and lounging options inside and in front of the house. The only downside was the cleanliness of the house, which has also been criticized by others. If something were changed regarding the cleanliness, it would be an overall beautiful house and fun for the whole family.

Recommendations: The house was not cleaned, including coffee in the coffee and thermos pot, food leftovers on the table and on the cabinets, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the cupboard, and sand in the wardrobe. The swing, the slide, and the sandbox are not usable; one post is half rotted and the frame is crooked, the slide has a 20cm long crack in the middle. The sandbox is half overgrown and the sand is dirty. The advertised trampoline is not present. The outdoor facilities are in an unkempt condition and it feels more like a storage area. The washing machine is in a shed in the adjoining room, not in the bathroom. In the shower, there is an electrically operated towel warmer with an IP21 certification, so it is not suitable for wet rooms.

Recommendations: Very nice, close to the beach. Farup Badeland is also good and quickly accessible.

The house itself is beautiful, in terms of layout, space, and the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the outdoor facilities (terrace, garden furniture, etc.) were in a very dirty condition. A separate email regarding this will follow.

Good facilities, well furnished. Recommendations: The immediate surroundings are very suitable for walks. Löcken, Hirtshals, etc. Always worth a visit.
