Villa Llevant is located in the most prestigious area of Miami Playa-Pino Alto. In the surrounding area you will find most of the villas in Miami Playa.

Villa Llevant is a newly built, modern, two-storey villa from 2018, located only 400 meters from Playa Cristal beach and offering mountain and sea views.

On the ground floor of the villa you will find:
- a living room with a large sofa, a flat screen smart TV, a large dining table with seating for 10 people and access to the outdoor terrace with garden furniture table with a seating capacity for 10 people, barbecue, swimming pool, solar shower , 5 sun loungers, 2 umbrellas.
- A modern and fully equipped kitchen with large combi fridge, hob with four cooking rings, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nescaffe Dolce Gusto), kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, crockery and all cooking utensils.
- The first bedroom has an extra large king size box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a large sliding door wardrobe.
-a bathroom with a bathtub.

On the first floor of the villa you will find;
- A master bedroom (second bedroom) has an en-suite bathroom (shower), a flat screen TV, a wardrobe and an extra large king size bed (180 x 200 cm).
- The third bedroom has an extra large king size bed (180 x 200 cm) and a large sliding door wardrobe.
-The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed (90x190 cm) and a kangaroo bed 90x190 cm total capacity for four people, wardrobe.
-Bathroom with shower.

The house is also equipped with a washing machine and ironing board. All windows are fitted with electrically operated aluminium security shutters. Free WIFI is available,
Villa Llevant has air conditioning (hot and cold) in each bedroom and in the living room.

Villa Llevant has a roof terrace equipped with a bar counter, refrigerator, sink, garden lounge sofa, 2 sun loungers and a Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi * is equipped with a radio, a multicolored large light, 35 high pressure jets and a control panel for temperature control.

In the back of the house;
-a trampoline with a safety net (250 cm diameter) and an entrance ladder.
-Garden summer house, large Villa Feber 203cm wide 180cm high
- a bobby car and a scooter.

There is parking for three cars in the grounds.

The Miami Player (Miami Platja in Catalan) is a seaside resort set in an outstanding sound on the Costa Dorada in the southern part of Catalonia. The area boasts some wonderful sand and shingle creeks separated by abnormal reefs and rough cliffs. A wide pine - Woodland comes up to the sea and is intertwined with beautiful walks. The resort connects shops, restaurants, tennis, horseback riding and a selection of diversion alternatives. The zone is especially suitable for golfers and lovers of games (both land and water sports are available). The player of Miami is effectively available, Barcelona is only an hour's drive away.
