Description
Well-maintained, well-equipped 3-star (DTV) bungalow, approx. 56 sqm, in a quiet location with a 400 sqm garden with beach chair. Close to the beach, only 400 m away. Ideal for spending days together, the sunny south-west-facing terrace with garden furniture and two sun loungers. The living and dining room is spacious, the room has a couch corner, flat screen TV,
Blu Ray player, dining table for 6 people and a cosy wood-burning stove. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge incl. 60L freezer compartment for an angler of advantage and all accessories.
2018 refurbished - shower room/WC with shallow entry, underfloor heating, washing machine and hairdryer.
2020 - New furnishings in both bedrooms with underfloor heating. 1 bedroom has a lit double bed (180x200 cm) at luxury height. 1 bedroom has 2 single beds (80x200 cm) with under-bed lighting. Both rooms have a flat screen.
All windows have external roller shutters or blackout slats.

Bakery "Puck" with café on Lensterstrand near the sea. There are beach chairs in the outdoor area for spending time together.
A dream for you and your dog! The dog beach is open all year round and about 1.5 km away.
The centre of Grömitz and the pier are approx. 2.5 km away, easily reached on foot over the dyke
Shopping facilities such as Rewe and Aldi are in the immediate vicinity
The new adventure centre with high ropes course, dyke house with nature experience station, playground and gastronomic offers awaits you here. The twelve-metre high observation tower with slide offers wonderful views over the beach and the Baltic Sea.
You can hike or cycle from Lensterstrand along the dyke to Grömitz. In summer, the shuttle bus will take you there and back in comfort.

Very beautiful holiday home near the beach
We felt very comfortable. Everything you need is available. We were there with our dogs. The property is completely fenced, so our dogs could always play and relax outside.

Wohlfühl-Ferienhaus
Wie jedes Jahr hat es uns im Zwergenweg wieder sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, es ist alles da,was man braucht-vor allem vernünftige Pfannen und Messer. Auf der Terasse hat man bis abends Sonne. Die Lage ist perfekt, schon ruhig und man ist gleich am Strand oder an der Promenade. Mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern kann man einkaufen fahren, die Betten sind sehr bequem,wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Auch die Hunde fühlen sich wie zu Hause. Frau Schenk ist eine sehr liebe und aufmerksame Gastgeberin und überrascht immer wieder mit was Neuen, heuer auch wieder, aber ich verrate nichts. Urlaub im Zwergenweg ist einfach perfekt

Always happy to be at the Schenk holiday home.
We were in the beautiful holiday home for the 16th time and always feel very comfortable, it’s our second home. Good furnishings, good beds, and a nice fenced garden... here we can relax. Our dog Toffee also loves it here. Mrs. Schenk often surprises us with new features in and around the holiday home. The beach and the dog beach are reachable on foot in 8 minutes. We are very satisfied and will continue to be regular guests.

Another beautiful vacation
We were, as so often, in the beautiful bungalow and are always thrilled by how great everything is there, simply perfect! We and our dog felt completely comfortable again, and Mrs. Schenk is really always nice and very dedicated! We are already looking forward to October when we will be there again!
