Free cancellation possible up to 29 days before the arrival date.
The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
• If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
• If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
• For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee.
For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

Relaxation in a dreamlike location
The house is lovingly furnished and has a wonderful garden with a very well-maintained pool. The location is very quiet and idyllic, the beach and town only a few minutes away by car. The contact with the landlady was very sympathetic and there were many valuable tips and suggestions for excursions. Gladly again

A really gorgeous villa that looks even better than the photos. It's a 5 min drive from Pollença, which is a really lovely old town, somewhat saved from a lot of tourist shops you often see in towns (but is not walkable as the road from the villa is narrow with lots of cars). The villa is roomy, peaceful and was perfect for 6 adults and a toddler. Martina was really responsive when we had issues with WiFi and the aircon. For the price, it would be great to have hand soap, washing liquid, bin bags, and dishwasher tablets provided.

The finca has a beautiful location. Close to Pollenca for daily needs and near Port de Pollenca for going out. Everything is clean and well-kept with a good mix of new and old styles. The hostess was always quick to reach.
