Very nice, well maintained private swimming pool. Resort: very calm and quiet. For us this was the ideal accommodation to explore the surroundings (Lissabon, Obidos, Mafra, Nazare, Peniche, Leiria,.....) A car is a must.

We had an incredible family vacation in the modern villa in Óbidos! The children loved the private pool, especially the two children's pools that entertained them all day. The layout of the villa was perfect, with spacious rooms that allowed everyone to have their own space. We enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and dining outdoors in the beautiful garden. The nearby Praia D'el Rei beach was a short drive away, which made our beach days easy and enjoyable. The amenities of the golf resort were an excellent bonus - my husband loved the golf course while I enjoyed the gym. Overall, a fantastic stay!

On the other hand you have to drive at least half an hour to go to a location (São Martinho do Porto, Peniche, Obidos, ...), where there are some catering or sightseeing.

Terrace of 30 meters wide, modern architecture, swimming pool of 15 by 4 meters and two additional splash pools. Super quiet location. In golf clubhouse bar and great value for money restaurant, a few hundred meters from the house. Beautiful beaches 10 minutes 'drive away, huge stables a few minutes' drive away. Reception on arrival was very friendly, but Spanish lady did not speak English very well. Rest of communication with owner and conversations went smoothly and in English. In summary: fantastic house, super facilities and beautiful surroundings. An absolute must!

Please note that the nearest supermarket is within 25 minutes drive! It is a fairly deserted and extinct area, so also the nice restaurants etc are very far from the house. The house is equipped with all amenities such as good wifi, swimming pools were cleaned during our stay. Good sized bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. Please note that there is no standing shower, which must be kept in the bath. Kitchen is equipped with all kinds of handy items, the Cooktop is a little outdated.

Lovely house! Lots of light and sliding doors, so you can connect the terrace to the living room and kitchen. House fully equipped and feeling of luxury. Also nice that the bedrooms are not directly adjacent to the kitchen (for the sounds). We thought we were bothered by "only 4 sunbeds" but there is also a garden set with space for 4. Swimming pool is not heated, but a lovely temperature to cool off during our stay. Nicely maintained Resort and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this.

The villa is located in the resort Bom Sucesso, which is a bit out of the way. In addition, some villas in the resort are not yet finished or the money will be gone. The beach is about 10 minutes, the nearest supermarket about 20 minutes. Restaurants are also about 15- 20 minutes away. We have but still felt very well. The lagoon of Obidos is beautiful, we will definitely be back

Fantastic house with all amenities. Only drawback is that there are too few sun loungers and outdoor seating options. That is for 4 people while the house is suitable for 8 people. A BBQ would also be nice

Beautiful villa in a quiet area. Golf resort is partly unfinished, which gives a desolate impression. But the villa itself is fully equipped, except for a bbq. You definitely need a car to drive to surrounding places.

Lovely house! Lots of light and sliding doors, so you can connect the terrace to the living room and kitchen. House fully equipped and feeling of luxury. Also nice that the bedrooms are not directly adjacent to the kitchen (for the sounds). We thought we were bothered by "only 4 sunbeds" but there is also a garden set with space for 4. Swimming pool is not heated, but a lovely temperature to cool off during our stay. Nicely maintained Resort and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this.
