There was brown water coming out of the faucet when we first arrived. We never had any hot water and the beds were very uncomfortable. After 2 nights of no sleep we left and checked into a hotel. We reached out both to Belvilla and VRBO to complain and get the rest of our money back. Horrible!

The house is actually very nice, but it urgently needs better maintenance. Many things are worn out or damaged, such as the toaster, the interior of the refrigerator, or the terrace light. The garden also looks very neglected and unkempt. The room layout is very good, as are the bathrooms. The pool is sufficiently large. The location is good; you can take nice trips from here. Shopping options are also reachable in about 10 minutes. Overall, a nice stay with some drawbacks.

Nice little town with great bars and a beach, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful surroundings, a lot of wind but also sunny, cooler in the evening. We found the temperature delightful; those who prefer to bake can experience the higher temperatures just 10 km inland…

Excellent week at the Vila Coruja. The house is new, decorated and furnished with great taste. The swimming pool is very good, warm (~ 28 degrees) thanks to the cover which heats well with the sun. Isabelle was very welcoming and responsive to questions. The beaches of Foz are magnificent.

Our experience was amazing! The staff was exceptionally friendly and the villa was spotlessly clean and spacious, equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to Laguna and great restaurants. The pool was a highlight for our daughter. Highly recommended!
