Wonderful house with great swimming pool. Kitchen is well equipped, everything was cleaned perfectly. Sunny from morning to evening. No restaurants and supermarkets nearby, you have to drive around 15 minutes.

Beautiful, modern villa on a golf resort, which guarantees 100% privacy.When architecture and functionality want to live right away -), but then we would make it a heated pool, because now it took a lot of courage to dive in! On the other hand you have to drive at least half an hour to go to a location (São Martinho do Porto, Peniche, Obidos, ...), where there are some catering or sightseeing.

Nice place, clean rooms, and friendly hosts. We felt at home. The garden and the pool were lovely. I would suggest bringing some snacks as the nearest store is a bit far. But really happy with our choice.

We had an amazing family vacation in the modern villa in Óbidos! The children loved the private pool, especially the two children's pools that entertained them all day. The layout of the villa was perfect, with spacious rooms that allowed everyone to have their own space. We enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and dining outdoors in the beautiful garden. The nearby Praia D'el Rei beach was a short drive away, making our beach days easy and enjoyable. The golf resort's amenities were an excellent bonus - my husband loved the golf course while I enjoyed the gym. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Zeer slechte communicatie. Tuin zit er niet uit. Dit wordt niet op de foto’s getoond. Loop bij aankomst samen met de gastvrouw goed door de villa. Anders wordt je achteraf verantwoordelijk gesteld voor schade die al aanwezig was.

Probably the most beautiful house I have ever stayed in. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, dressings, spacious living room, dining room. Very large kitchen. Terrace of 30 meters wide, modern architecture, swimming pool of 15 by 4 meters and two additional splash pools. Super quiet location. In golf clubhouse bar and great value for money restaurant, a few hundred meters from the house. Beautiful beaches 10 minutes 'drive away, huge stables a few minutes' drive away. Reception on arrival was very friendly, but Spanish lady did not speak English very well. Rest of communication with owner and conversations went smoothly and in English. In summary: fantastic house, super facilities and beautiful surroundings. An absolute must!

The park is beautifully maintained, the golf course is beautiful, Playground is big however park itself is abandoned and quite a few houses are unavailable. Please note that the nearest supermarket is within 25 minutes drive! It is a fairly deserted and extinct area, so also the nice restaurants etc are very far from the house. The house is equipped with all amenities such as good wifi, swimming pools were cleaned during our stay. Good sized bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. Please note that there is no standing shower, which must be kept in the bath. Kitchen is equipped with all kinds of handy items, the Cooktop is a little outdated.

Lovely house! Lots of light and sliding doors, so you can connect the terrace to the living room and kitchen. House fully equipped and feeling of luxury. Also nice that the bedrooms are not directly adjacent to the kitchen (for the sounds). We thought we were bothered by "only 4 sunbeds" but there is also a garden set with space for 4. Swimming pool is not heated, but a lovely temperature to cool off during our stay. Nicely maintained Resort and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this.
