This modern villa in Óbidos has comfortable bedrooms and is ideal for a family holiday. It features a fantastic private pool as well as 2 children's pools.
The villa is located on the Bom Sucesso golf resort, equipped with a football pitch (free use), gym (free use), golf course (18 holes), 4 tennis courts, a padel court, some shops and a restaurant. Bom Sucesso is located in a beautiful natural area just 7 km from Praia d'el Rey beach and 9 km from Bom Sucesso beach. It lies on a beautiful lagoon (with lovely beach!) with the lovely town of Foz de Arelho (16 km) across the road.
This detached villa is a feat of architecture! It is almost entirely made of glass. All windows are sliding doors which makes the house nice and bright and pleasant. The villa is divided into 2 parts with a patio in the middle. The part on the side of the spacious patio and pool consists of the living room, dining room and kitchen. On the other side, via a few steps, you will find the bedrooms with bathrooms. The furnishings are very modern.

house was top only there were hand showers- you had to hold the shower in your hand- there was no standard pool was freezing cold despite high temperatures in August

Beautiful, modern villa on a golf resort, which guarantees 100% privacy.When architecture and functionality want to live right away -), but then we would make it a heated pool, because now it took a lot of courage to dive in! On the other hand you have to drive at least half an hour to go to a location (São Martinho do Porto, Peniche, Obidos, ...), where there are some catering or sightseeing.

Accommodation was as nice as on the pictures. On arrival, however, the surroundings were extinct. We may be in the pre-season (late May at the beginning of June), but it did not look like it. The park is beautifully maintained, the golf course is beautiful, Playground is big however park itself is abandoned and quite a few houses are unavailable. Please note that the nearest supermarket is within 25 minutes drive! It is a fairly deserted and extinct area, so also the nice restaurants etc are very far from the house. The house is equipped with all amenities such as good wifi, swimming pools were cleaned during our stay. Good sized bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. Please note that there is no standing shower, which must be kept in the bath. Kitchen is equipped with all kinds of handy items, the Cooktop is a little outdated.

Geen warm water ( pas na 5 minuten laten lopen van de kraan). Afvoer verstopt. Ligstoelen kapot. Komt onaangekondigd meneer binnenwandelen in de villa om zwembad schoon te maken. Zeer slechte communicatie. Tuin zit er niet uit. Dit wordt niet op de foto’s getoond. Loop bij aankomst samen met de gastvrouw goed door de villa. Anders wordt je achteraf verantwoordelijk gesteld voor schade die al aanwezig was.

Wonderful house with great swimming pool. Kitchen is well equipped, everything was cleaned perfectly. Sunny from morning to evening. No restaurants and supermarkets nearby, you have to drive around 15 minutes.

Probably the most beautiful house I have ever stayed in. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, dressings, spacious living room, dining room. Very large kitchen. Terrace of 30 meters wide, modern architecture, swimming pool of 15 by 4 meters and two additional splash pools. Super quiet location. In golf clubhouse bar and great value for money restaurant, a few hundred meters from the house. Beautiful beaches 10 minutes 'drive away, huge stables a few minutes' drive away. Reception on arrival was very friendly, but Spanish lady did not speak English very well. Rest of communication with owner and conversations went smoothly and in English. In summary: fantastic house, super facilities and beautiful surroundings. An absolute must!

Fantastic house with all amenities. Only drawback is that there are too few sun loungers and outdoor seating options. That is for 4 people while the house is suitable for 8 people. A BBQ would also be nice

Beautiful villa in a quiet area. Golf resort is partly unfinished, which gives a desolate impression. But the villa itself is fully equipped, except for a bbq. You definitely need a car to drive to surrounding places.

Lovely house! Lots of light and sliding doors, so you can connect the terrace to the living room and kitchen. House fully equipped and feeling of luxury. Also nice that the bedrooms are not directly adjacent to the kitchen (for the sounds). We thought we were bothered by "only 4 sunbeds" but there is also a garden set with space for 4. Swimming pool is not heated, but a lovely temperature to cool off during our stay. Nicely maintained Resort and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this.
